Eggstravaganza Cafe

We were visiting Nashville for the weekend and looking for a breakfast place we could stop at before heading home. With a quick Yelp search it was evident that Eggstravaganza Cafe took the lead with ratings and number of reviews so off we went in that direction.....We arrived to find a line out the door and that almost deterred us from staying but we were hungry and opted to stay...so glad we did! Turns out the line wasn't for the hostess station to wait on a table - it was the actual line to place your order. Eggstravaganza is counter service which, considering how busy they were, it is probably the best idea to keep the flow moving quickly. Although we were in line for quite some time it gave us an opportunity to see how efficient their service was. The kitchen was hustling and bustling to move the plates out quickly, meanwhile, there was plenty of staff clearing tables and ensuring that your party had a place to sit by the time your order was placed.The reviews were spot on! Our meal was delicious, the coffee was great, and the service was wonderful and friendly! Worth the wait!

Absolutely amazing cafe ! The food and the service were great. Me and my husband both got the potato eggs skillet with sausage bacon. My vanilla latte was also delicious.

Well first time visit here and really glad I did! Greeted promptly when I walked in, got help on using the kiosk to order the food and pay right there. The waitress followed me to the table with fresh (really tasty) coffee, showed me where to get either infused spa water or plain water. No dishes sitting on empty tables it was spotless. The food arrived really quick , I was surprised and it was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious. The place had a nice buzz to it , not quiet but people engaging but not loud, really nice friendly vibe. Love this place! Be warned it can get very busy on a Saturday morning though, so maybe go early! The food is yummy, service is great, and they have a wide variety to choose from. You'll stand in line to order and then be seated. You'll almost surely be greeted by the same woman (i am unsure of her name but she is adorable and so very kind) and she will make sure you get a table as quickly as you can. You order at the counter and are provided with a number, and your food comes out shortly after that. I have only ever had breakfast foods here, but they've always been delicious. Great brunch spot! Take your family and friends and enjoy some conversation.

One of the most delicious breakfasts that I've had in Nashville. The crepes are to die for. The fried green tomatoes are unmatched and the service was quick and friendly. There's always a line which speaks volumes to the great quality of food. You must go!

One of the best breakfast in Nashville. I live this place. I have been several times and have nothing but great things to say. The food is also cooked to order and comes out fresh. There's normally a line to order but it moves fast. Even on this last visit my French toast was not completely warm. The manager quickly told me but to worry about it and quickly had a new order cooked deal for me.

We've lived in the area for 11 years and somehow never been in. It's been packed or we just didn't think of it. But today will not be the last day!We both wanted eggs so we opted for an omelet and the All American. They were amazing! Skillet potatoes were on point and the bacon was so good. But the hidden gem? Their homemade berry mix jam.Great atmosphere, speedy service and the best staff!

Oh my goodness, I can't even begin to describe how good this place was. Super busy for a midweek brunch, but we got a table. Had the Pork Belly Benedict and Fried Green Tomatoes. Woke up two days later just craving it. Can't wait for my next visit to Tennessee now.

Incredible brunch and great service! Highly recommend the Our Way Cuban sandwich and add a fried egg on it! So delicious!
