This is a happy bright enjoyable place!The staff ,very friendly, very attentive!Our server was Brooke(I think)Very chill soft spoken personality, which was nice, she wasn't in a hurry ,didn't seem like we were bothering her! The food was absolutely delicious! They had REAL bacon :-) The best thing was how bright it was in there! Something about that , I liked! The staff looked like they all got along and worked TOGETHER! Like a well oiled machine.....some people watch things like that.... Good job EggsUpGrill!! Who ever the owner is, ya got something special there-- if y'all got Jesus, I understand why! Blessings!

Hmmm ' Where do I start ' 1st it was father's day morning ( my mistake ) checked in and waited about 20 minutes, then realized that they were seating before us that came after us. Mentioned it to the hostess that replied there's just to many people . We were given the next available table. Ordered the cinnamon roll to eat while waiting for breakfast , it came but breakfast never came , another 15 minutes later and still no breakfast. Again we intercept the waitress ' and she states she only places the order and doesn't cook it , but she'll check on it . About another 20 minutes we got our breakfast but it was cold , the toast was actually bread ( not Toasted ) The best was a strawberry crème donut ' that they offered to another customer for the same reasons but they declined the offer and the waitress brought it over to our table. A small win for us .. don't think Eggs up will be on my " hey , let's do breakfast list !!

That was not very warm. The bacon seem like it had been cooked and just heated up. It was way too hard. The grits were running potatoes have way too much seasoning on the eggs were great and so was the pancake.

A new brunch place in hermitage! Yes please! We decided to try our eggs up for our weekly Sunday brunch ritual. This will definitely be a regular stop for us! This is a nice bright airy open space. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and walked right in with no wait. We started with the coffee (excellent coffee) and the layered donuts appetizer! The pumpkin pancakes were to die for & the omelets are massive and come with grits or seasoned potatoes! We appreciated the modifications/customizations they were able to make to our order. It's so nice that the servers have the handhelds & can enter everything in digitally to help ensure everything comes out correctly! Not only was our server excellent, but several other staff stopped by our table to welcome us & to check in and make sure everything was ok! We really enjoyed everything about this place and we will def be back!

This is a new breakfast & brunch restaurant located in a shopping center in Hermitage. Four of us had breakfast here and we all really liked it.I had the avocado toast with 2 eggs. Tuscan toast with avocado and an interesting salsa and I was happy! A great side of cheesy grits with bacon topped it off. Yum. Others had Founders hash Benedict, waffles and the Classic. It was fast and great tasting. Our waitress was Kalya - fast, friendly and was tops in service. As Arnold said, 'I'll be back!'

The set up is a lovely brunch vibe, with a menu that gives a good variety on options without being overwhelming, and offers a brunch drink menu. My service was insanely slow, where another server did step up to try to help. Nice staff in general, but left me sitting for excessive extended periods. Another server brought my food out before mine came back with my brunch drink, which another server ended up making. Then didn't come back to check on me and my food or drink until I was almost done. The food was OK. Went with traditional eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was perfect, though the eggs were over done unlike I've ever had on regular eggs Benedict. The grits tasted like instant grits, and a side order of the bacon was nice big cuts but not crispy. Other plates going out around me did look appealing, though couple next to me was also not happy with their bacon not being crisp and time to get it replaced, which never was. Being a breakfast place, like all in Nashville, it got busy quick and blocks up the entrance where it's hard to get in to the hostess or out. A little miscommunication on the counter seating which turned out to be first come first serve. All this said, I feel I just didn't get the best from here on this visit but from what I could see around me looked pretty good where it is worth a shot, and that my particular letdowns weren't a collective issue.

Clean, light, adorable decor, reasonably priced and my omelette was delicious!!! Glad to have a new breakfast option on the east side of Nashville. Staff is lighthearted, knowledgeable about the menu and fun. Apparently I need the breakfast burrito next time.... A staff favorite.

Went here to go check it out since it recently opened. First impression is: the host station that hits you as soon as you walk in.. I think it's bad placement because of you have more than a group..there's no place for other people to wait. Service was quick, slow day I assume, waiter took my order and was pleasant. Food came out in a timely manner, I ordered avocado toast. Food was ok, the toast wasn't really toasted, avocado was fresh, eggs were good, but the salsa was weird... looks like canned salsa and doesn't was not a good addition. They did have mimosas which was surprising. Check out was fast. Overall good place for quick meal, nothing special, service was ok.
