Eclipse Cookie and Coffee Bar

Stopped in for a late night treat, wanted a lil something sweet after our movie. First time trying Eclipse and would definitely go back. Our cookie must have been freshly baked because it took 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Loved the chewy crumbles of cookie, crunchy on top and soft in the middle. Vanilla ice cream wasn't anything special, but filled its purpose. Staff were friendly and the space was clean. Music was a bit loud when trying to make conversation and the lights are so bright inside. Overall I was pleasantly surprised!

Chill, low key, and interesting but good playlist. The dude behind the counter was chill, super helpful. He provided a very realistic timeline, I love right expectations. The cookies are good yo! They have traditional options or you can build your, which includes the ice cream. It's worth a stop when your in mesa, or if you live in mesa grab dessert a couple times a month if not more.

We visited around 9:30pm and were greeted right away. The cookies and cheesecake were great! However, one woman employee had her little kids there while working. She took the toddler in the back then came back to the front of the store and we could hear the kid crying and hitting a door. There was another woman watching her kids and she must have told the employee we could hear it and the employee said "she can mind her own business". Although the cookies were great, we likely won't come back.

This place makes the best cookies by far. Ive always had pretty fast service from them too and they are a great late night snack. They have a lot of different flavors. The staff has been nice to me on all occasions.I recommend them to anyone!

I came here with friends on Sunday night and they were pretty busy. We looked over the menu and it was pretty simple to understand. One of the guys working saw us staring at it and he proceeded to tell us how it all worked. We ordered three cookies.One "cookies and crème" and two chocolate chip. We sat down at one of the empty tables and we then got up to pay. The lady who we paid with wasn't too friendly and was talking to one of the guys while we were paying. My total came out to be $7.50 for one cookie, not bad.The cookies looked promising and we excitedly dug in....... Umm EWW. The cookies were warm and the mixture tasted weird and had more of like a cake-y texture then that of a cookie. The chocolate chips had barely even melted and the rest was far from hot. My friends "cookies and crème" cookie looked more like a white chocolate chip cookie... this was no cookies and crème. Her white chocolate chips weren't even melted, smh. The only saving grace here was the vanilla ice cream. The inside is painted in some weird colors and it didn't look too clean. We saw one of the employees pulling his pants up while he had his gloves on and didn't bother switching them out.Not sure if we came on an off night or whatever but this a hard pass for me. We ended up throwing them away... Go to Oreganos if you want to taste a great pizookie.Update: Lol the owner must not like honest reviews because his comment back to my review is very comical... definitely does not have any customer service skills. We were craving a unique late night treat and stumbled upon eclipse cookies and wow I'm so glad we did. We were welcomed by the staff and explained the ordering process and what is or isn't included in the price. They had lots of yummy sounding options but when I try somewhere new in basic and like to go with OG basic flavors soooo yeah we opted to try the chocolate chip cookie dough with a scoop of vanilla on top. We sat down while we waited and it was nice that they offered some games for people to play while either waiting or enjoying their treat. The space was clean and very bright and made the wait harder because it smelled so good in there. When we got our treat we barely got our pics in because we wanted to dig right in. It was SO darn good. I loved the crumbly cookie dough kind of vibe to it. Like a crummy exterior but warm and soft interior. And the vanilla ice cream was perfect to cool it down slightly to not burn yourself. We barely talked while we were eating it---a sign of a good time in my book. lol. When I'm craving this in the future I think I know where I'd go again...here. :)

Cool build your own cookie spot! They also do build your own milkshakes. There are 10 different types of doughs and over 20 toppings. Along with ice cream and coffee. Our cookie was a little under baked but they were busy and cranking them out!They are also on doordash!

Damnnnnnn we pulled up and even though Google and Yelp but say it's open they were definitely not! Tried calling and there number was disconnected. Drive 25 minutes to a closed shop.

We were excited to try this place after reading great things about it. We drove to Mesa from North Phoenix. Unfortunately the young man who was suppose to open the establishment, arrived to open the doors at 4:05 and then we were told it would take another 15 mins to heat up the oven. We decided not to stay so can't speak to the cookies or coffee but the employee that opened the shop lacked any customer service skills. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the owner was pulling up as we were leaving and was very apologetic and kind.

Visiting all the way from Indiana and this was high on the list to try. Came in right around midnight and no one came to greet us for at least 5 minutes. Finally when a young man came out, he informed us that they were out of ice cream. With the information, we reevaluated and started to order cookies. To which we were told they were also out of icing. Extremely disappointing. Couldn't get their most popular items! Left without even trying anything. The establishment wasn't very clean either.
