Echigo Teriyaki

I'm not kidding you when I say this place has the best teriyaki I've ever had!! And my family used to have a teriyaki restaurant lol! Get the beef bento and the yakisoba, thank me later!

They are under new management. The person taking my order was kind of slow, but I think it was her first day on the job. Besides that, the food was amazing, tasted great and the proportion was good for the price.. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone interested in traditional Japanese teriyaki dishes. If you're not sure what to get and want to try something new the Garlic Chicken is the way to go.

Yum!! I love this place. Feels like your going to grandmas house the way the nice lady is always checking on you when you eat in.Love their free soup, the teriyaki shrimp and salmon are grilled to perfection and you get like 12 shrimp a good piece of salmon. All the other dishes are winners too. Can't really go wrong here's

Had a delicious lunch here! Ordered the shrimp special with an upgrade of beef teriyaki instead of chicken. They happily accommodated my request and the food was hot, fresh, & delicious. Will definitely return!

This is for Echigo Teriyaki Everett. I ordered the Bento Box 2 Tempura Special (Chicken Teriyaki with 1 Shrimp & 5 vegetable tempura). The only saving grace for this dish was the teriyaki. The chucked was cooked well and tasty. The tempura was weird. Not sure how they cooked it but it doesn't look, feel and taste like a Japanese tempura? The batter looks brownish, the vegetables were were raw hard and tastes like they were fried in a used oil thus the color. I may come back just for the teriyaki's alone though?

I can't remember anything at all about my 2012 visit.They set up their menu on the delivery apps pretty well. You can adjust pretty much anything without having to type in notes. Nice! Spicy chickenComes with thigh meat, which is always juicier and more flavorful in my opinion. As a kid I preferred the breast but it's just prettier--not more interesting. Echigo's spicy isn't crazy spicy, even with a couple extra cups of their spicy sauce drizzled over it, but it has really nice grilled flavor and good flavor overall. The heat packs a little kick.You can sub in steamed veg, and you get a TON of 'em. Still kinda crunchy, a little flavor from searing on the flattop (I imagine) to hear them up. Very filling with minimal sugar carbs or starchy carbs. This is a great meal for a great price. The driver kinda took forever, but the place got the order ready super quickly. I'll have to check them out in person to see which hot sauces are on the table and find out what the food is like fresh out of the kitchen. Really good chicken.

Surprised their shrimp fried rice was very good. Shrimps were very plump and big, perfectly cooked not dried at all.Ordered chicken teriyaki for kiddos and meat was so good. Sauce seems it got a lot better recently. Portion size is great.

Quality and quantity of the food has gone down a lot since they've come under new management.

Read a good review on this place so decided to try it out. Got beef and pork teriyaki, house fried rice, potstickers, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. The beef and pork teriyaki was tender and flavorful and not too salty, which many are. Portions were huge, plenty for leftovers. Got takeout, but they had nice tables and everything looked very clean. We'll be back!

I have been going to Echigo since it first opened and it has been consistently good. To night the wife and I went in for a order to go; 2 adult chicken and beef and one kids chicken teriyaki. All 3 meals were cold and not one portion of extra teriyaki sauce, even though we asked for a extra one (thinking each meal would have one to pour over the rice). There is a banner saying under new management, sorry if this is the way they are serving food WE WON'T BE BACK. Oh also the salad dressing used to be on the side, now the salad is dressed with their dressing that I never did like.
