Earl's On the Avenue

Earls on the Ave offers a mouthwatering fusion of grilled cheese and mac and cheese... a culinary delight that has left me in awe and will undoubtedly become a late-night staple in my life. Not only is the food exceptional, but the staff is also incredibly friendly and engaged. I wholeheartedly recommend paying this place a visit next time you're on the Ave!

This place is a typical sports bar in a college town. Cheap drinks with a drink/beer of the day, decently priced bar food, pool tables, and games on every screen. The first bartender was friendly and checked in on us multiple times. We definitely came early enough to beat the rush on a Friday night!

Quick review. This place is a classic college town dive bar. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice. Prices seemed fair. The night we went was busy because of a show at the neptune + a meetup scheduled before hand and a baseball game. We didnt try the food, I had a beer that while it took a little while to get because the tap had blown it was very nice. My wife had a vodka drink because it was the special. Both were fine. No issues. If I had one small complaint I would recommend throwing some ice or something into the mens room trough, the smell of old urine was pretty aggressive.

Feel safe with bouncers at the door since there is more activity on the ave lately. A pitcher of beer is super cheap ($20 ish), and parking isn't terrible on a Friday night. There are many TV's for game nights and pool tables for those who don't care about the game. Overall this place is a good time.

This is a college bar with pool tables and lots of seating. It's dark inside with a sports bar vibe, and we enjoyed our quick beer before going to a show next door. They have daily drink specials and they are cheap. It was quiet at around 7pm on a Friday with only a few patrons.

Extremely rude bouncers! I was visiting from out of town with my friend and there were no water pitchers available at the time. On my way out, I saw a water pitcher seating on a table which seemed to be no one's. So I drank from the top (there were no glasses around). The bouncer sees me and starts yelling at me saying it was his water pitcher. I apologized and said I am sorry and that I am willing to bring back a clean fresh pitcher for him. He kept being hostile towards me and yelling at it me and called me "f***ing retarded" "stupid" etc. while I was keep being calm trying to fix the situation. In the end, he said to leave the bar. I was leaving anyways. However, I will never be coming back for sure!!To the manager of this bar: hope you realize that if you put some guy like this at front of your bar, your business will go down!

Horrible customer service only serve the people they like, I felt like an out cast as soon as I got there due to a shitty bouncer. And that was the initial problem, after that I found mold in my beer which came outta nowhere for comin to this place for so long. Overall this place needs to get some older gentleman to help out and not young bucks to be authorized pussies.

Macdawg206 is the best bartender. He served me the good good. Yummy stuff man I swear.

I went there to have a drink with my girlfriend, bouncer rejected my ID, my green card, saying I needed a valid US ID. After I show the part where it clearly says United States of America he continued rejecting giving no explanation.idk if bouncer is just ignorant, racist, or a total d to all customers.

Great small town dive bar feel in the big city location. Food and drink where great. Best place to have a drink in Seattle!
