Dutch Bros Coffee

I was in line two cars cut in front of me By the time I got my drinks they were watered down. August 1, 2024 at around 5:20 PM. I was in line for about 15 to 25 minutes.

We live in Bellair, right between the 43rd ave/Union Hills and the 59th ave/Bell Dutch Locations. Since newly opening, these drinks have been SPOT ON. Everything has been spectacular. In talking with some of the transfers from the 59th location, you can tell they really enjoy this new Dutch. Seeing familiar faces makes the experience soothing knowing you'll always have someone to chat with. Vibe is always good with the crew.

I absolutely LOVE the energy of Dutch Bros!! This location on Bell Rd is always courteous, quick and consistently on point with my orders. This was extra special since it was my daughter's birthday. Not only was her drink decorated with lollipops but the broistas gave her a shout out too!

I have gone here 6 times since they have opened and they have only successfully made my drink right ONCE. i don't get it. how hard is it to make a gem berry green tea? my tea tastes old or like they mixed two different kinds in there. it's just nasty! i want compensation like seriously nothing is more frustrating then this. also every time we come here our drinks taste drastically different even though we order the same thing, (and they don't taste good either) i don't get it. every time my mans orders his rebel it's bland. no other dutch is as good as the OG, any other dutch i come to besides the one on 83rd and tbird IS TERRIBLE. idk why the training suffers so bad everywhere except the one on 83rd. DO BETTER

I am so glad they opened this Dutch right down the street from me it's so convenient & can be a bit dangerous lol. What I love even more is that there is practically no waiting time which is really nice. Everyone I've came into contact with has been really nice and friendly which is always appreciated. They always take the time to talk to you and ask how your day is going. As far as the drinks go I haven't had any problems with any of them they've all tasted really good but then again I always get coffee based drinks and haven't gotten any of their teas. My personal favorite as of now is the banana bread mocha with a chocolate soft top so delicious!! I'm hoping it doesn't get too too busy because it's nice to be able to drive up and get your drink with minimal if any waiting time.

It's always a good service but this day in particular the young lady was a little mad about something and while in the car we had 2 separate order but she took it to heart and got a bit mad at us for no reason, but once we went to the window the guy was more calm and nice, just to clarify this was first shift.

They don't know how to make the drinks I'm sure they have cards for. Then my medium tea was charged as a medium rebel 3 dollar difference but I can't get ahold of anyone. Dont get a tea here. Itll just be watered down tea with a spits worth of syrup. Might as well buy a gallon of water and drop a shot of green tea you'll get more flavor out of it. Don't go here if you want Dutch there's only one location that knows what they're doing and not mixing random syrups. That location would be 83rd and thunderbird the ONLY competent Dutch bros around plus's the one in Kingman..... People are nice I guess
