I usually don't leave a written review, but this place was pretty bad. First of all, let's talk about service. It was just one person serving, and there was no welcoming feeling. He sounded as he did not feel glad to have a guest coming in.Let's talk about foods. At around $13 for 8 pieces of soup dumplings and and $12 for a noodle soup, you wouldn't think this is bad. However, the soup was really tasteless, as it is almost like a water. I don't think there was any broth technique whatsoever. And portion wise, it was too little. But the noodle was at least tolerable. What's really terrible was the dumpling. This was worse than those instant dumplings I get from Trader Joe's. Bread outside was not soft at all, and meats inside were tasteless. I wanted to try fried rice and other things if I did like it, but I think it is better for me not to. I think I will just head over to Din Tai Fung or other place next time.

We had a pretty disappointing experience here. I liked that it wasn't too packed where there was just one other customer eating on a Sunday. However, this might be an indication that something might be off about this restaurant since there aren't that many patrons. After we sat down, the server didn't give us any menus, utensils or water. We had to ask for these items on three separate occasions. We had to keep getting up to go to the cashier area to ask. The waiter didn't even bring water for our entire group where we had to share our cups of water. When my husband headed to the restroom, he told the waiter that he was going to the restroom but the waiter didn't indicate that he needed a key. Lol. Uh.. I feel like these things are really basic to meet basic expectations on good service. The server wasn't unkind, just kind of incompetent I would say at being a waiter. The food in itself was okay. I wouldn't say exceptional or memorable. We got the chive, shrimp and pork dumplings. It was okay but I didn't taste any shrimp. Got a beef potsticker and it was okay. We also got a chicken noodle soup and a beef noodle soup. The portion was just paltry. The noodle dish lacked enough noodles, ONE bok choy, and maybe 4 thin slices of beef and 4 pieces of chicken in the chicken noodle soup. The broth tasted okay. I would say both two very underwhelming dishes. It was on the stingier side in terms of portion. I don't think I eat that much but sharing two bowls of noodle soup w my husband, I still was left hungryI liked that we got the place all to ourselves to eat and it wasn't that busy, but the lack of busyness is probably due to the poor customer service and food offered here. I did like the outdoor dinning option and the inside of the restaurant was very inviting.

This place is awesome!!! The owner was the only one working and he did an amazing job handling everything. The food is excellent and the portions and price were really good. This place is also really clean with a cute atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

Stopped by here on my lunch break. Kinda surprised to see the bad reviews. Staff is friendly and service was relative quick, in and out within 30 mins, good timing for a work day. It's a northern food place so maybe don't order Shanghainese XLB. Hiring service staff is tough these days, especially for a smaller place like this one, adjust your expectations. Cabbage salad was great in the beginning, crunchy and light but a bit too vinegary later since the cabbage will soak it up with time. Lamb dumpling hit the spot! Reminds me of my family's cooking in northeast China. I ordered the dumplings boiled and some became kinda soggy toward the end, likely the dough did not rest for long enough before turned into dumpling wraps. Or the boiled for too long / did not add cold water during the processSaw other ppl ordered their dumplings steamed and I was the only one ordered them boiled, notes for next time. Happily return :)

I really wanted to love Dumpling & Noodle but was really disappointed by the entire experience. First, I placed an order online with a pickup time 15 minutes from ordering. When I arrived, the employee working did not realize the order had come in and needed another 15 minutes to cook the food. The food itself is what was most disappointing. The juicy pork bao dumplings were thick with no soup filling on the inside. They did not have any "juicy" aspects to them. The steamed shrimp, pork, and chive dumplings were not bad. Just make sure you have your own sauce because they supply you with soy sauce and Cholula hot sauce for condiments. I used Sichuan chili crisp sauce from Fly by Jing with these dumplings to add flavor.Stir-fry noodles with beef were incredibly bland. Plus, it's a $2 add-on for beef, and the beef portion was very small (see my photos). The Asian beef and rice bowl wasn't bad. The beef had a nice sweetness and flavor. I found the pan fried buns to be good and probably the best thing that was ordered.Overall, the food wasn't awful, but I don't plan on returning since we have other better dumpling and noodle spots in the area.

Solid - kinda pricey. 12 smallish (my 4 yo can eat in one bite) for $16. Tasty. Excellent kimchi. I took this to go for kiddo and I at KidQuest and a Korean mom said this kimchi was legit based on smell.

I did lunch takeout at Dumpling and Noodle today, ordering the steamed pork buns. The buns were piping hot and the scent of the dough was so intoxicating that I couldn't wait to eat them. The first bite revealed a very full bun, with delicious, flavorful & tender pork. I loved them and can't wait to order them again.Because their kitchen is small and everything is made to order, you may wait about 15- 20 minutes for the buns to be ready, especially if they're busy, but they're worth the wait. The staff is very nice and let us know how long the buns would take.

This place is the best little hidden gem in Seattle! Me & my 3 friends were welcomed so well once we stepped inside the door. There was only one man working but he took our order quickly and brought out our food shortly after. This man was so kind. We're not from here but definitely coming back for more dumplings & noodles! Everything was delicious, and the ambiance was simply wonderful. What a great way to end our night.
