The first time I went to Dulce Mami was their original location and I was not impressed. I am so glad that I gave their second location a try. Went on a Friday morning and our order came out quickly. The club sandwich & iced latte were delicious. Waitresses did not check in as often, so getting additional items and our check took a while.It was very nice inside the cafe and they have a variety of food & drink options for all tastes.

This cafe is truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood. When I'm in Cicero this is a must stop for me.It's such an adorable place to catch up with friends.I can see tell you where the bad reviews are coming from. Today I tried the horchata frappe. It was soooo good!! I have been searching for one that didn't taste like the packaged horchata and this is it! Will definitely come back for more.The crepa I had was so refreshing with a hint of sweet, it was truly perfect. They do not have enough staff for the volume of customers, which leads to bad service. I agree I have been in this situation. But come on people let's just appreciate those who show up, the staff is nothing but sweethearts.All in all, I think everyone should give this cafe a try :)

My new favorite brunch place! And tortas? Yes please! Adorable, perfect for a tea party, birthday, or a rainy afternoon alone. Love their crepes, their tortas don't come with beans but you can add them. Fresh bread and pastry counter, and an open kitchen provides prompt service.
