Duelies Sports Bar and Grill

Love this place, the pianos are so much fun. Every time I go there I enjoy myself very much and would recommend anyone to go on Friday Saturday night when they have the dueling pianos.

IF I could have given 3.5 Stars I would have. Food was good, typical bar food, but good and decent portions. Drinks were not watered down!Entertainment was, well DUELING Piano's, so great if that is your thing and great for groups and parties. We were a party, 20+ of us for 'January' birthdays. So the biggest issue was the service. They were short staffed and had only 3 servers and place was BUSY. Long waits and one couple in our group gave up after an hour and left to go get dinner. They did end up waiving the $10/person cover charge for our group due to the slow service though. If you go, take some patience.......... but GO!!!

We wanted this place to be amazing, but we had a not so good experience. We went on a Saturday night at 7 PM and it was almost empty. The food was not very good and the piano players were even less. We ended up eating and leaving. How hard is it to screw up Red Bull and Tito's. Not sure but they did. They did make it right after we mentioned it but that's a pretty easy drink.

Staff was nice, drinks where good, the piano players where rushing through every song like they just wanted to either be done or didn't know about tempo!

Went in for happy hour since it's the only place in the area that has one. It was so-so. It was dead in there. I hope this place makes it. Entertainment doesn't start till 8 so probably the reason it was dead. Cute place and I'm sure evenings are more entertaining.

We went for drinks and entertainment. We had a blast. Service was slow but we figured it was due to the fact that the place was full of people having fun.

This bar is amazing! The atmosphere is amazing on the weekends with the dueling pianos! Service is great - they're fast and friendly! The food is spectacular, especially for bar food! They've always got the games on as well too! If you go ask for Alex or Cepi, they took very good care of me! :)

Go for the entertainment not the food and drinks. The Dueling Pianos were 5 star! Very talented and they both played excellent songs.The food was not good and VERY overpriced for Sports bar food. The wine pours were $12 and only like 3 ounces. My dinner salad was so tiny it fit on a coffee cup sized plate. They were out of most of the items on the menu. My bill was $47 with tip! Servers were working hard but still not that great. I would definitely go back, but only for the music and maybe a beer.

Do NOT go here! Save your money and don't waste your time! Made a reservation on Opentable and showed up a little early. The hostess seated us shortly and that's when it all went downhill. We didn't get all get menus because they "ran out" The menu we did get was paper, and had half of it was crossed out in sharpie. We sat for a while before being helped by a server and as she was taking our order, the bartender yelled at her and she then announced she wouldn't be our server. We waited an additional 10 mins before being helped by the bartender who took our drink orders. The drinks came after an extended period and he dropped them off and disappeared. We sat there for 20 mins while other servers milled around , bartender stocked the bar and paid 0 attention to us. We thought , oh we'll see how the piano players are and maybe we'll stay. Totally disappointing, sounded like someone's uncle doing bad karaoke.By now 40 mins have gone by since we saw our bartender/server so I got up to pay the bill at the bar for our drinks (which were sub-par at best). Another bartender helped me to check out. As we were leaving the guy helping us rushed over and asked "what are you guys doing ?!" I said we're leaving and he was like well who's going to pay ?! I said I've already paid since we didn't see you. I really wanted this place to be great, we need places like this in North Scottsdale and it could be so awesome , but it's not. The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing, everyone is everywhere and nowhere, plus the environment is dirty, the layout is poor and the key attraction isn't attractive! It reeks of poor/no management and no capital investment to make the experience what it should be.
