I thought this place was going to be awful but I am surprised everytime at how good it is. There was one time where the bucatini was over cooked and collapsed, but otherwise this food has been pretty damn good.

Due' Cucina gives quality pasta, with an Italian family- MOD Pizza type of vibe. Not necessarily custom pasta, but they do have six noodles to choose from, not including lasagna and ravioli. 11 sauces/pre set pasta combinations, and a hand full of add ons but I still feel like with those options to some people with dietary restrictions it's a bit limiting. But I did like the quality and taste both visits! I give the pasta noodles 4 stars and the sauces 3/3.5 stars. You order at the touch screen computer up front, or at the cashier on the side. You find a seat get utensil's- napkin's, they'll call your name to pick up to take to your seat or to go! You also are appreciated if you clean your table, by putting away your dishes in the dish pit and garbage-recycle-compost bins. I tried the smoked salmon with casarecce and the sauce was more flavorful than I thought it would be, a little salty but not overwhelming. The fresh noodles and spinach tamed the salted salmon cream flavor. Loved the delicate chew with the noodles. The second time I tried the Mushroom Truffle & White Oil, with the oil on the side suggested by the friendly cashier. I originally wanted Cacio E Pepe with mushrooms but it wasn't an option. It wasn't bad I kind of liked it more with the oil, it gave more of a punch of flavor. The mushrooms were not my vibe. After a while I just couldn't eat them. They didn't give a as freshly made vibe as the noodles did. They also have some wine's and beers, I liked the cider they had. I would like to try the Cacio E Pepe next time with a thinner style noodle, and maybe a salad! A good place to go for local, convenient but quality pasta.

So I hate. And I repeat hate to give a bad review, but we were so disappointed by this place. It is all self serve. When I say that I mean to the point of they have signs asking you to bus your own tables, you get your own utensils, napkins, etc. Staff was super friendly. Food came out warm at best. Nothing seemed properly seasoned. We got the burrata which was ok but again no salt only a meager amount of pepper. I got the Cacio a Pepe and had barely any pepper, but very salt forward. Hubs got the carbonara and it also needed seasoning. We even got a bottle of white wine (only $20 so that was a plus) but it also came out room temp. Good things: staff, pasta texture, gender neutral bathrooms, cleanliness . Bad things: sadly everything else

Due Cucina was an okay experience. The style of restaurant is feels like it's a cafeteria: you order and pay on an ordering terminal, you pick up your food from the bar, and you bus your table and dishes at the end.The bell pepper bruschetta was pretty good and I think the sourdough had a nice 'sour' touch to the dish. The pastas were undercooked and a bit too hard for our taste. The carbonara was a bit to egg yolky with not enough cheese or pasta water to make the sauce really saucy.

Due delivers on consistent quality pasta. This newest location is no exception. Expect the consistent quality food in a clean modern environment. Loved seeing the ingredients and the open kitchen too. Service is fast and friendly. Ordering is done in a kiosk. They finally have their pasta shirts on a merchandise wall. Wasn't ready for sale yet but I'll def be buying one once they doIn Pasta We Trust!

Pasta is the foundation of my Italian family. The pasta here is fantastic. Fresh, al dente and flavorful. We usually have the ragú style or bolognese and choose our own pasta shape. My wife gets the casarecce and I get the soy healthy pasta which is some of the best I have had (No knock on my nonna or mom. Super filled with flavor. We even got delivery today for the first time and it was hot and delicious. The pricing is also very reasonable for such a great dish. They have a few salads and the bruschetta is also very good. Sit in is casual but the staff is very friendly. Enjoy!!

A1 pasta, quick and incredible value. This is one of my favorite places to eat in West Seattle. Such a good idea, you wonder why no one else has done it but given how good and authentic this tastes, it can't be as easy as this place makes it look!

I have to agree with some others here... I took the family here because we heard it was good eats, but... the pasta wasn't right. At all. Al Dente? Hard (not just undercooked) in the middle and chewy. I understand the world needs affordable dinner, but I'm also being asked to order, pickup, wait, and bus my own tables. I found the atmosphere comfortable, but yeah, like some others... it's a cafeteria. I won't blame others for liking it - if that's a good meal, then it's a good meal. For me, I'll pass.***edit*** While I didn't care for the food, or atmosphere, I found the staff was super nice to work with. No issues there at all. They were super friendly and helpful!

Ambiance was good! Spacious and clean. You bus your own table, place your order yourself on some iPads, they can also take your order though. You then hear your name called and you go and get your food and bring it to your own table. The food: I had bucatini with meat sauce. I must admit I wasn't impressed at all. Ordered the bruschetta and it was soggy. Final thing ordered was the wings and that was the WORST choice of them all. I really wanted the review to be better as I don't really leave ever reviews or bad ones . . . . . But this I felt people should know. I have no clue how they have multiple restaurants in Seattle. A plus side I can see. Order their fresh pasta, take it home and prepare yourself. Instead of buying your fresh pasta from Metro Market or PCC this would be a great place to get fresh pasta aside from the pasta people during the Sunday market here on California!
