I love this place! They have beautiful flowers, herbs, veggies and fruit starters throughout the year; Christmas trees in the holiday season; and fresh produce throughout the year. The produce hasn't disappointed me yet. I appreciate that they occasionally will have half of a melon or watermelon (or a hanging basket!) for sooo cheap. Like $10 for a hanging basket or $2 for half a honeydew. Oh, and there's Full Tilt ice cream pints and ice cream sandwich & Smith Bros dairy; eggs; And fixings for tacos or enchiladas. Sometimes there's a long line, but it goes pretty quickly. The people that I've met who work there are the owners or family. It warms my heart that there is a family-owned, small produce stand so close to my home. I feel so lucky to live nearby. Thanks for existing!

I cannot say enough about Duane and his employees. So happy to have them open during this pandemic. They are working very hard and everything they do is much appreciated by my whole family. Thank you Duane, you are a lifesaver!

Can't pass up a good strawberry sale, but make sure you don't go picking out the good boxes from the rotten moldy ones or the big guy behind the cash register will come at you huffin and puffin What a crank.

Great local business. Most prices are better than the larger grocery stores and much better quality. They carry local suppliers too, so even if I just go in for some cilantro, I come out with some crème fresh for my tacos too.

Friendly, Fast service the vegetables and fruits are extremely fresh, and they have a decent amount of stock. The herbs were fresh, and great prices for the bundles. Spent about $37 total and got all my necessities!

Rude owner, you feel belittled and makes small remakes if you only come to buy small amounts of vegetables. So if your only going to buy just onions better go someplace else because they don't want your business.

I like the selection here. I support local businesses. I want them to succeed. However, I feel the customer service is lacking. Maybe I look like an imposing guy at over 6ft, tan skin, and black hair. My identity is racially fluid, I am a multiracial man, and have dual citizenships in the US and Philippines. I've been to most states during the Trump administration. So I know very well how I am perceived, I am received. And most of the time I am perceived as "The Other." Not fun. I bought a Bavarian Sausage that was hot/spicy. The old white American cashier said, "Do you know this is spicy?" I wondered what prompted her to ask that? I can read. That's why I am buying it. Was I perceived as nonwhite and this subtle insult at my ability to read that somehow correlates to my "Otherness" in this country? (i.e. covert racism). Or perhaps in this instance she perceived me as white, knew that white people don't usually have much of a tolerance for spicy food (especially in Seattle) and was looking out for me?In this instance, the Filipino side of me feels a bit insulted because I am perceived as fully white (and apparently incapable of handling spicy foods). Either way - I believe it is best practice to not question a customer's ability to read their purchases even if your intentions are "just looking out for you." Racism in Seattle is like the flavor of vanilla - subtle, but complex. Covert racism is the worst kind. It is the most difficult to call out. Hence, why I thakned her, politely left, and reflected on it later. Try to avoid actions that make a well-travelled guy like me have to go through the above stream of thoughts. I'll still come back b/c it doesn't phase me much. But it is worth mentioning in today's political climate where Asians/Asian-Americans are being encourage to speak up. P.S. The sausage wasn't even really that spicy...

I can get better vegetables for better prices than the grocery stores around here. And it's right in my neighborhood. I love this place.

I'm updating my review due to the rudeness of the guy who is behind the cash register. I witness an incidence some time ago when he saw an old lady picking her peaches, and he marched over and snatched her shopping basket. I couldn't believe what I saw. I have not returned to this place to shop ever since that. There are plenty other businesses that carry good produces. I'd rather drive further or pay more and shop in a place that appreciates its customers.
