Love, love, love Dough Zone. I had never really had dim sum before, and this was a fantastic introduction. The Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings are delicious, I think I could eat about 4 orders of it myself. The cucumber is a great appetizer, and has a great dressing. I've tried most things here at this point, and I'd highly recommend:Any of the pork and shrimp dishesDan Dan noodlesChili pork wontonsAll of the dessertsDefinitely recommend dough zone to anyone who's looking to feast on some delicious dumplings.

We ordered the beef noodle soup, green onion pancakes, shrimp and zucchini dumplings, sweet and sour cucumber, and spicy beef roll. With the exception of the soup and cucumber, nearly everything was bland and underwhelming. The green onion pancake were just patties of grease with no onion, pepper, or salt flavor. The spicy beef roll had but a whisper of pepper. I'd be embarrassed to call it Taiwanese food. The dumplings tasted like cardboard. The beef noodle soup was above average in flavor but used lettuce instead of bok choy! The pickled cucumber was delicious, but the pickled cabbage and pepper tasted like Italian peppercini, not Taiwanese pao chai.Service was horrid. The waitress sat us in the setting sun after asking not to do so. The teenager waiter whom I asked for a refund on the terrible pancake ignored me, and was actually clueless enough to box up the pancakes for me at the end.Parking is paid only in the International District. My wife asked me to never come back to this chain restaurant.

The main thing in this location is to get here early on a Sunday. Then street parking is free and at 11 it is t crowded. The location is pretty ideal if you going to uwajimaya anyway. We love the dan dan noodles and the Jian Bao (the a-Bao is their brand name) is great. The main thing is the menu isn't super long but each was is great. They use yelp wait list for appointments but this spot definitely fills up so come early. And then do your Waji's shopping and feel really Asian. Also from the central seattle location they will sell you 50 frozen xiao long bao which is not bad at home. The main thing to have the little dumplings as soon as they come out. They are like fries best fresh before the soup gets absorbed by the skin

This place also hits the spot and never misses. Great flavors, great variety of dishes, quick services and love that there are multiple locations! Expect a little wait, but always worth it, so put your name on the list and grab a drink nearby!INSTAGRAMWe knead dough(zone) to survive the winter!!! I love dumplings, but my wife is not a fan, so while in Seattle, my coworker took me here and it was wonderful!!!She ordered for us both and we got salad, noodles, pan fried dumplings, pan fried buns, and Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings). They were my favorite, but everything was so delicious that I could have easily scarfed down more than what we ordered. She also turned me on to black vinegar which tasted great with the other sauces available on the table. I know this isn't the most famous place in Seattle for dumplings (and I haven't been there), but Dough Zone is hands down the best place I've eaten at in Seattle to date. It's a cute little place that gets packed quickly. We got a table because we thought the area was not busy due to President's Day, but when we left, there was a line out the door, so whether it's a work day or holiday, plan accordingly if you're heading to Dough Zone.

Today I found myself near Seattle looking for some pu-er tea & the tea shop is closed until 1p. I see the Dough Zone and with all I've heard, I have to try it.I'm familiar with soup dumpling, so I ordered the Xiso Long Bao and something new...let's try the Dan Dan noodles. I like Szechuan food.Everything comes out quick and I drive in. I quickly remember that I need to take a pic... the food is delicious and loved how friendly and clean everything is. Now to find my tea!

Clean nice place to eat, overlooking the busy streets of Seattle. We really ordered a bit of everything we thought we would enjoy, just so happens we enjoyed it all very much. The comparison restaurant would be Din Tai Fung in Aria Casino, Las Vegas. Right on par but much much cheaper :)Extraordinary meal, we obviously couldn't eat it all but we did our best. Only $60 bucks for all of this!!! Would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Food was delicious. The pork buns were perfect. There was a line out of the door, but it moved quickly. Food comes out as it is finished, so some people in our party were waiting for theirs, while others had theirs. As long as you are sharing, it wasn't a big deal.
