Very predictable and satisfying dumplings and noodles. Food comes very fast but like other dumpling places it comes as ready. If you've never been don't expect your 'order' to come together. In fact your appetizers may come much later (green onion pancake takes a bit we've found). Staff is efficient and attending. No fluff just what you need. The inside is pretty plain and they don't try to make it elegant or anything. Basic tables. Our typical order which we don't divert from because satisfying:-soup dumplings-steamed dumplings-Dan Dan noodles-boiled spicy wontons-green onion pancakeWe've stopped getting potstickers/pan fried dumplings as they just weren't our thing. Drinks are basic don't expect much there.

Four stars. Less busy than other dim sum in the area by a long shot, clean and very efficient. Always served pretty quickly and the staff are friendly & helpful. Overall not the most variety but what they do have, they do well. Haven't disliked anything though I am not sure the numbing peppercorns in the dan dan noodles are for us.We like the chicken xiao long bao and several of the other menu items. Overall grateful to have them and do enjoy coming when we have reason to be up in Renton (traffic to/from can be a bit of a nightmare).

Food are not as good as it used to be. And don't order food to go because they won't give you enough sauce for your food they won't even fill the sauce cup up for you so you can only eat half your food haha

So, its sunny and you want something Chinese, but not a full course meal. You want something light, yet filling. "Ah ha" you say. You choose Dough Zone.Yes. It is a chain. Yes. It is a little pricey. However, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't get down with your chopstick when coming here. It's a modern take on a dumpling house, and the inside decor is very modern. However, you're here for the dumplings... and the noodles.... and the other treats they offer. For me and my friends we are very eclectic eaters. So, what better way to pick EVERYTHING from the menu. We start with a crunchy Kale Salad with the sesame dressing, and then the Yin Bin Szechuan noodle soup arrives (much slurping occurs).Next arrives our Five Spice shaved beef shank, which didn't last more than 7 minutes. After THAT the main attractions appear! We ordered the Pork Won-Ton dumplings along with your obligatory order of steamed Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings. To say we talked, drank and enjoyed ourselves was a given. However the food the casual mood of the restaurant helped set the stage for our very positive conversations. Be advised, the restaurant reopened quickly after the 2023 fire that affected the complex. But it hasn't changed how the restaurant makes you feel! Relaxed and ready to eat!Get some dumplings in the Renton Landing today!

This location is my second favorite to the International District location. But is still good, it's very tasty and clean environment. There's been maybe twice it tasted just a little different than usual but not enough to not come back. I always suggest getting on the wait list ahead of time especially in peak times. It can get pretty busy. But if you have to wait it's worth it.I do wish there were more bathrooms. One stall for both "genders" can get backed up in that big location.

The Dough Zone looked like it was a happening place. It is located in the Landing. If you are a cheap SOB, this is the place that you are dreaming of. They seem to be a chain with most of their locations in Washington and a few locations in Northern California serving up Shanghainese food (dumplings and noodles). I got a couple of beef stew noodle soups for takeout. The beef stew noodle soup came with an ample amount of noodles and a couple pieces of beef. The beef was tender. The soup was okay. I've had better, but, I'm not complaining since it was less than $10. My wife also had a bowl, and she liked it. We also got an order of their green onion pancake. They pancake was nice and savory. It was good. It was a good spot. We liked them for their food and their price.

The food isn't as delicious as DTF but it definitely has it own charm! The pan fried items were a bit hit with our kids and same goes for the dan dan noodles. Service is always super quick and friendly. We always get seated right away and parking is easy....making this a go to spot for lunch or dinner when we're in the area. Ambience - typical upper Asian restaurant vibe. Pretty clean and good place to bring guests who are new to Asian food scene. Price was fair but wish the noodle dishes were a bit larger. We recommend the pan friend items and the noodles. The spicy wontons were ok but nothing special. Flavors for all items have been consistent, which is a plus. Not too sweet, salty, or spicy with any dish. Would come back and it's great for large groups

I don't know why I don't have pictures of this place but we come here 1-2x a month! This is my kids' favorite go-to dinner out. I have our orders memorized I don't even need to look at the menu! I also love their wait list option on Yelp! It just helps cut down wait times.

I have been to multiple Dough Zone locations but haven't got a chance to review this location yet. When we walked in, the restaurant is bright and spacious, with plenty of table seatings. Came here around lunch time and it wasn't busy. The host greeted and seated us immediately. Like most restaurants, you have to scan the QR code for the menu. We ordered the usual soup dumplings and Q-bao buns. They also offered jianbing with crisps, which was new on the menu so we have to try that. Overall, the foods were all delicious and consistent with most of the other locations. I really liked the jianbing since it was soft on the outside and crispy in the inside with some heat added from the sauce. For desserts, we decided to order the banana naan bread which was a nice end to our meal. The naan bread was lightly stuffed with bananas, perfectly eaten with whipped cream. We will order this again when we come back! Imo I like dough zone for the variety of dishes that DTF doesn't have. Not to mention, there's plenty of parking nearby. Really nice to have this location at the Landing!
