My meal here was really good! I walked in and ordered take out. It took about 10 minutes. I got the xiao long bao soup dumplings and they were delicious! I also got the ma la noodles which were personally my favorite. The sauce they were in was amazing! I also got the spicy beef pancake roll which was huge, I ended up eating half for breakfast the next morning. I would love to go back and try some more dishes!

Really nice fresh tasty dumplings and cheaper as compared to Din Tai Fung. We ordered the pan friend chicken dumplings, steamed chicken potstickers, shrimp zucchini potstickers, onion chive pan cake, beef cakes, dumplings with chili sauce, dan dan noodles, cucumber side (delish), spicy ma la noodles and it all tasted amazing! Dan dan noodles and the chili sauce dumplings are amaze and so are the pan fried dumplings. I like their hot oolong or jasmine tea but its a huge pot and can be shared for sure. The place is huge and they have very few tables to accommodate large groups. Finally we were all shocked when the bill was here and it was so reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. For the amount of items we ordered this place is 10/10 value for money..7/10 for choice of food items (they do have limited options as compared to din tai fung) 6/10 for service (hence reduced a star) - a lot of our items had to be asked for multiple times and it was chaotic as they kept getting our food with some error. Would really like them to have a few dessert dumplings (chocolate) to this place! The food is super tasty! This is my replacement for Din Tai Fung without drilling a hole in my pocket.

Recently stopped in for dinner with friends. Wait staff were efficient and courteousFood was very tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience We tried new and familiar dishes. Of course we ordered 2 soup dumplings, 2 spicy minced meat with noodles, spicy wontons, pot stickers, broccoli, and kale salad which was surprisingly delicious. Atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Average noise while dining. Restaurant was busy, but we lucked out and were seated right awayWill definitely go back.

The noodles here are good - very crispy and tastes homemade. Everything else is just ok and the portions are very small. What I don't like about Dough Zone is the service. How terrible! The people working here act as if they are too good to work there. No eye contact, no smiles, almost snooty. I always have to flag a server for something.I'm surprised they have customers because of the snooty service. The dough zone in Seattle has much better service.

We have been here so many times. The noodles and dumplings are delicious and freshly made. Service could get better. Prices are reasonable. Easy to find, ample parking spots.

We dined at Dough Zone for dinner, and our usual order included two servings of pork xiao long bao, pig ears, and Dan Dan noodles. However, our dining experience took an unexpected turn when we received crab xiao long bao instead of the pork ones. We politely informed our server about the mix-up, but unfortunately, she didn't offer an apology or any explanation.Shortly after, another staff member, an Asian lady with a long ponytail, approached our table, removed the mis-delivered crab xiao long bao, and our plates without a word. This abrupt action left us feeling a bit unsettled. After a considerable wait, our original server returned and mentioned that a replacement order would be on its way. It took a full 20 minutes before the correct xiao long bao arrived, leaving us waiting with empty plates. In the background, we observed the Asian lady seemingly having a heated exchange with our server, possibly related to the mix-up. This incident cast a shadow on the overall atmosphere, making our dining experience less enjoyable. Sadly, the internal tension we witnessed between staff members was not a pleasant sight, and it negatively impacted our impression of Dough Zone. As a result, we have decided not to return to this particular location due to the apparent internal issues that marred our visit. The one in Kirkland is generally much more pleasant.

In comparison with the Seattle and Redmond locations, this one wins. The food is the same scrumptious fare, but here there is plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Indeed, the restaurant is spacious. We like the pork soup dumplings, broccoli, chive pancake, dan dan noodles, and jasmine tea. We ask for ginger and pour a little soy sauce and hot sauce from the table in it, to dip with. Good stuff after a hike!

Wanted to check this place out for consistency. Food was just as great as the international district location. We got there about 6:30pm on a Saturday night and had no wait time!! Service was ok, I felt they forgot about us a couple of times. It was kind of loud but then it had a lot more children eating at this location. Tried a couple of new dishes and they were great. We will definitely go back.

Honestly, review for this is long overdue. This has been my second time visiting this place. The food is delicious and affordable. 5 stars. The service courteous although sometimes I feel they do get overwhelmed. 3 stars. The ambiance is kind of bustling. Definitely not for bringing your date for a quiet meal out. However, if it's someone like me who enjoys and focuses on the food, this will hit the spot. Can see myself as a student and come by here often . 3 stars. Now, I'm getting back to the food. I am very picky about food. And I think taste before even looking at it. My favorite to order here are perfectly seasoned Spicy dan dan noodles, steamed shrimp with zuccini, pork and chicken XLB, and boiled chicken wonton with chili garlic sauce. I always order a side of steamed broccoli ( gotta keep healthy IFYKYK ). The taste I feel is authentic. It is similar to and sometimes better than what I have tasted during my travels. For a dumpling house, not bad. In fact, this is good. I hope they stay true to their roots and kkeepthe standard of taste high. I would definitely be a frequent flyer here given how close it is.Also you can tell how focused I was on eating given I don't have a single pic of food despite visiting here 2 times...

I have visited about 4 Dough Zone locations. I can tell that all other locations (Bellevue's , downtown Seattle, Woodinville) have consistently products, tastes, etc. But not this location. Things are off here. The Siew Long bao skin is a little hard and doughy. All four baskets are the same. Beef noodle is a little saltier. Service is good as usual. 2/5 star because the quality/taste is lower than their peers.
