Breakfast croissant was best I've ever had starving after having car trouble popped in thinking I was just gonna get a blossom sandwich to fill my stomach -BEST ever!

It's rare to find a donut shop that excels in both donuts AND breakfast sandwiches but Donut Factory does just that! Service is always super welcoming and quick and you'll find yourself so indecisive looking into that donut case at all of the delicious options!

Old fashioned with a purple frosting ok. Coffee not good. Service friendly. Ambience includes seating indoors.

Great donuts, great service. No frills and just what you want in a neighborhood donut shop.

I was excited to try a chocolate bar as I'd been craving one for quite sometime. The chocolate bar tasted like I imagined cardboard tastes. I'm for NorCal and maybe I compare it to our little mom and pop shop. One bite to taste and a second it's to make sure. It was bad no thank you. Looks are deceiving. Maybe their other stuff isn't bad.

Always good. Service is friendly and patient. Their hot sandwiches are great. They are open early for those early pick-ups for your work crew. Price is great and they have a large selection. It's always clean when we go and it's our kids' favorite.

This place SLAPS.This local family ran donut shop is my go to for donuts and cinnamon rolls. I'm a cinnamon roll aficionado and these are always so homemade and delicious. The thing that really makes their cinnamon rolls amazing is the fact you can taste the butter in each bite.Their donuts are also phenomenal. This place has perfected the light and fluffy donut consistency. Every time you rip one in half it's pull apart-ness is like a fluffy hug. I'm a long John fan so that or the chocolate twists are always my go to.They have 15 donut holes for 2.99, amazing smoothies (we got the banana strawberry with boba - yes they have boba), and breakfast bagels.They also have numerous drinks inside including coffee, energy drinks, sodas, etc.Parking sucks around here but thankfully this shopping center has a lot. Because of that parking has never been a nuisance.All in all this is the local mom and pop donut place you wanna go to when you want good old fashioned donuts without the fuss.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I'd like to start this review by saying I'm not a San Diego local but have been coming to this spot for 8 years every time we visit. Stumbled here since we needed to go to the Autozone next door and have been loyal customers ever since!Every food item my family and I have tried has exceeded our expectations.We splurged yesterday and got a few breakfast sandwiches & donuts. I had the croissant sandwich with bacon, egg, & cheese and added avocado. Their croissants are big, flaky, and soft on the inside. The ingredients always taste fresh and delicious. They also season the egg which I really like!Their donuts are great and I usually don't like to eat donuts but from here? I'll bite. I was actually craving their donut holes for months prior to our visit! Lol I also saw that they make cinnamon rolls now so I had to try it out. I'd say it's comparable to cinnabon but better.I assume this place is family owned & operated and they are really nice and so sweet!Their prices are also fair. If you were to get these items elsewhere for the same quality, guaranteed they would charge double the price, especially in this economy.My family and I love this place, and so will you. Support your local small businesses!

Came in the morning and ordered a croissant and a bagel with bacon, ham, and cheese. These were delicious and even came with chili peppers. I also ordered two donuts and two coffees which were both very fresh and tasty. Staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend.
