Don't visit or order. Paid $22+ for a large bowl of soup, bone (barely any meat) and barely any noodles. Beyond terrible management too.
Veggies and herbs for BBH
Brisket pho
Not the pho noodles you normally get at Pho joints. This is rice noodles made in-house (super hard and broken up into small pieces)
Overcooked egg rolls.
Brisket pho
Banh khot

READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT DINING HERE:This is place is skimpy on meat and noodles. Their large is like a medium. Price to food quality does not compare aka $20+ a bowl. Management has beyond poor customer service. Waiter was fine. Take your money, loved ones and spend the time elsewhere. I have many other pho recommendations if you want them.

Second time come here. We like the home made noodles of this place. Last time about a month ago, we ordered small size of everything. We thought, the small and the large bowl size is huge difference. For a few dollars, we ordered the large this time. Well, seems like it is just a big bowl full of broth but the meats and noodles about the same as the small ones. Looking at some photos posted by others 4 months back, large bowl is filled with food and not broth. Disappointed. The place is clean and plenty of space and the people are polite. Only thing I asked is not to run around next to the tables. The floor was bouncing every time you run to the outside kitchen area.

First off Ti was a perfect host and lady cooking - excellent service!5+ on fried egg rolls! The vermicelli noodles with satay was great! Suggestion, pour the sweet chili sauce over meat and noodles! Pickles could be better! I love a good pickle!! My rating is a 4.5. The food is really good and fresh. But I think they can pump up some the main ingredient flavors. I WILL be back!

First experience at Dong Thap was good. Dining atmosphere was elevated from your normal mom and pop pho shops. Food had its pros and cons. Came for the noodles since they are known for this freshly made style & the giant bowl of pho. The broth was very flavorful and light. Unfortunately, a big portion of my noodles were broken. I had very few long strands which made my experience go down. The texture of the noodles were very soft, tasting almost overcooked/soggy. The meat (I had brisket) was delicious, offering a generous portion! Spring rolls were good, I've had better. Service was impeccable! Not sure because it was a week night but they weren't too busy. I think the woman (maybe owner) also took care of us so well that night. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 toddlers and had the waiters being efficient and the bussers removing dirty dishes quickly. Will be giving it another try!

Dong Thap noodles has nice interior. Their food is delicious and a plus that they make their own noodles. I would consider this a higher end Vietnamese eateries the price definitely reflects that.We got a Large Pho with extra meat and the Vietnamese beef stew that was under the appetizers. The Pho was delicious. Their noodles are a little different than any typical pho restaurant you would go to. They are a little thicker, but I personally like them. The Vietnamese beef stew was delicious, it tasted a little sweeter than what I am used to, but still really good.Overall, this place is yummy, but definitely a little more upscale than your typical Pho restaurant. Make sure to know that before you go because the prices are a little high!

Proportions was pretty big. I ordered a medium but was still able to share some noodles with my kidThe bun rieu is very well presented and had a lot of stuff. The crab meat ball is actually crab you can taste the crab/ texture but there is only one. I loved they included a pork hock but I personally like them to be super tender/ soft. It had more of a crunchy texture. The banh mi & skillet dish- the beef looked sad, I think my air fryer can do a better job the taste was also meh...We went on a Tuesday evening and it was surprisingly quiet inside but it was comfortable inside and we had 4 kids with us!! The booth was comfy , I feel this is a kid friendly place.Food wasn't amazing but was good, presentation was nice. I would definitely come back because not many places offer bun rieu!

Parking can be a challenge here during busy lunch or dinner hours. The restaurant is quite spacious with loud music playing. Service is ok. Menu is quite diverse to choose from. We had egg rolls, fresh rolls, large and med pho bowls. We came here bc they have home made rice noodles. I actually liked the thicker slippery texture of noodles. It didn't really fall apart after sitting awhile in hot soup. Broth tasted good.Price is on the pricey side. Considered my large pho is mostly broth.

If I can give them a 0 star I would because:1. Large is all soup and a big bowl for show. 2. We ordered 2 $20 large bowls and you only get 2 ribs and all the meat has fallen off elsewhere and not in my bowl. 3. They do not honor their coupon/promotions honestly. They told me all these instructions verbally when it doesn't state it clearly besides the expiration date. I tried to explain and show them and she kept arguing with me. 4. Management needs to improve their service. I didn't want to argue and paid them the amount I shouldn't have, so they can pay their employees for their hard work. I'm never coming back and taking my business elsewhere. Food is mediocre too.

Best Vietnamese in the Southcenter area!Super fresh spring rolls with perfect basil/mint ratio. Delicious fried rice! Awesome vermicelli salad. Pho noodles made in-house! The owner came to our table to make sure our gluten-free needs were met - she takes dietary restrictions seriously.Lovely new location with fun lights and great music, too!
