Robert was a very knowledgeable server and wine maker. He imparted a wealth of knowledge as we tasted the gamut of their Prosser small vineyard estate-grown wines. These wines were all excellent and they had some interesting varietals--dry Muscat, Limberger, Malvasia white. We left with a bottle of 52 year old vine Cab Sauv. 2018 vintage.

I can't recommend this winery enough!I came the Sunday after thanksgiving when some friends and I were looking for good wine but didn't want to trek to Woodinville. Since we didn't make small business Saturday, we had a mini small business Sunday. Who knew there was a winery in our backyard in Ballard?Domanico is located in a warehouse area but once you're inside you're now in a lovely causal winery with a TV, couches and table tennis. We opted for the half tastings and man was it worth it! I absolutely loved the Pari and the Tragedy. The service was amazing. Every wine was clearly explained and it was nice because my friends and I know our wine( they thought we were in the industry). After the tasting everyone in my group decided to sign up for the wine club! I look forward to returning with more friends and family to try their amazing wines.

Domanico Cellars is a very cute hidden gem within industrial Ballard. I'll admit that I had low expectations walking up to the front door, but once you open that door, you'll find the perfect little bohemian gathering place. They offer $8 tastings of 5 of their delicious wines and you can bring your own cheese/charcuterie board! We thoroughly enjoyed the wines, cool ambiance, and knowledgeable staff. Great place to catch up with friends, hold an event, or just learn more about Domanico's vineyards and juice!

Came here for a paint night and had a great time! They don't have food, but there are food truck across the street that you can get and bring over. Tasty wine, options of flight, glass or bottle. The owner/bartender was very friendly and helpful. Paint night at this location was pretty squished in there, but it was fine. Everyone in the whole place was very nice, lots of dogs around, and outdoor seating as well, just good vibes. Great summer hangout place!

What an amazing Ballard discovery! This is a small, family owned and operated winery. What's cuter than a husband/wife team? With hand picked, hand sorted, gently crushed grapes, this team of two blends some of their wines. (They informed me that this is pretty unusual in the industry.) They have a few wines to sample including their 2007 vintages that just released.Free wine tastings are on the 1st Friday of the month from 5-9 and Saturdays from 12-6.

Finally a wine tasting room in Ballard! We've been here twice and I love the casual vibe. They have a ping pong table, a couch, tables and chairs, and will open up the garage door in nice weather, so they have a nice outdoor space too. They have some nice whites but I really enjoyed their reds. They also have beer available, which is so nice!

Forget Napa, Sonoma, and Mendoza, Jason makes top tier wine that stands out against even old vine. His passion for wine and selection along with really reasonable pricing make this spot a win-win for any occasion in which one can enjoy wine... Which is to say that there is never a bad time for wine.Go here. Now. Though Ballard has a rep for microbrews this spot is local Washington wine where you can buy a bottle from te husband and wife who grow the wine themselves. Also, their knowledge of wine would impress even the most staunch oenophile you know, except they are 100% without pretense. Salud!

This place is awesome - and right in the heart of Ballard! I was very pleased with our recent discovery. Check out their website: http://www.domanicocellars.com/ The owners are Jill and Jason Domanico, so it's a family owned local business. The husband and wife owners are super cute - and very socially conscious. Grapes are carefully curated and then made into wine. They allow their employees to create their own special unique blends to keep as a perk - and these are not for sale.Check out their wine tastings - Saturdays on 12-6 on Saturdays. I hear they have free ones the first Friday of the month, too.Our favorites that I really loved was the Le fFirt + the Le Monstre. Mmm... vino.

Popped by Domanico after crushing a couple ales at bale breaker. Got a bottomless of rose which definitely isn't my first choice but wow, this Rose was great. Service and drinks at this place are top notch. I couldn't recommend enough!

Very unassuming winery tucked away in an industrial/brewery part of Ballard. My husband and I tried the red wine flight and we were particularly impressed by the merlot. We had a lot of fun chatting with fellow patrons, most of whom were regulars and wine club members. We bought a few bottles and plan to return next time we are in the area!
