Dollies is a nice, convenient walk-up coffee stand at Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo. Service is always with a smile. The coffees and sweets are intended for take-away. There are no tables

Convenient location right outside urgent care. They offer a variety of coffee flavors, which are decent, not amazing, and more expensive than I expected. I had a "banana nut" muffin that was OK, but it wasn't mixed very well.

Service was friendly and kind. Choice was amazing. Such a great treat walking in to the hospital. The owner was just so sweet. Warm and inviting in a place that can be challenging for some people.

Found hair in my turkey sandwich! Disgusting!!! Never again! Disappointed! Gross! I have not enough words to describe how sick I feel about this!

I've had many coffees in my time and consider myself a bit of a coffee snob. I'd rather drink coffee than anything else lol that being said I have been here several times snd find that the coffee is outstanding. I'm not sure if it is the beans she is using or the machine making the espresso but I am blown away by the flavor of the beans. The drinks are considerable sized, but the flavor is absolutely delicious!! I drive over here whenever I am near for the coffee, very very impressed!!

Always great to be here and so addicted for the coffee! Dollshie is such a sweetie and we always have so much fun being here!

Love the bacon breakfast burritos (potato, bacon, cheese, and egg)!And the Iced Mexican Mocha always does the job when I need to wake up quickly!This is a coffee "cart" (but it's not a cart) located at the Scripps Clinic in RB. Right by the clinic entrance. Sells coffee, tea, soda, water, sandwiches, salad, and snacks, if you ever come here and are thirsty/starving. Open only on weekdays 730a-330p i think.

Saday is rlly cool and sweet. overall a great place to stop by :) I'd recommend the muffins

They have the best organic coffee ever! I literally could stop here all the time and am soooo glad they added a second location! Now I can get Helens delicious coffee everyday on my way to work. She has a great staff and makes all the coffee herself, if Katherine is working ask for her dirty Chai peanut butter latte, its not on the menu, but it is the best thing in the world, I am thinking about trying out their sandwiches or acai bowls next.
