Dolce Vino Wine Bar Italian Cuisine

This review is just regarding a situation that happened today, though I have eaten here, and the food and service were excellent.Earlier today my son and I were in a car accident right out in front and slightly east of this restaurant. After I was advised to call a tow truck, I decided to head over to the restaurant. My call wound up taking longer than expected, and I was standing outside trying to complete my call before going inside to await the tow truck.One of the workers came out and asked if we were waiting for someone and I explained that I had been in an accident and was speaking with the insurance company. They told me I could come on inside, though I didn't want to disturb any other patrons with my phone call. It was very hot outside and when we went in they brought us water, told us we could sit at a table and wait inside.I was emotional from the accident and the heat, and the kindness of the workers and the patrons there really helped during a difficult time. Thank you! We really appreciate your kindness!

Great service and ambience!Looks so cute inside. Very nice spot for a casual date night.I was overall satisfied with the food I ate. Everything came out quick and hot.The tiramisu was definitely the highlight! What a delight.

I mean...I liked it. *shrug*I think I had this on my bucket list for soooo long I was just expecting more. And going on a Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving at 250pm soothed my anxiety soul. Because not a customer was to be found as my nephew used his hand to eat his spaghetti with red sauce all over his face.Me asking across the tables if I can have our bread back because it was mistakenly taken and I wanted to swipe those puppies in my drowned Mancotti. The cheese and spinach when I found it was delicious. And that pizza looked divine, but alas I didn't want that. I wanted something Italian, something I've never had before. Something that would make my inner and outer fat girl smile. And no server, don't spoil my meal with the salad. Which I should've said yes to as the mancotti wasn't enough, but the bread and butter was fresh and delicious.The ambience was beautiful if you didn't look to hard at the back of the room. I did have to apologize as my nephew left a murder scene with his red sauce on the white tablecloth. And if you go for the wine tasting and/or dinner, the owner will show you a great time and I'm sure the experience will be worth it. For me and my two ragamuffins it was fancy and fun, but for me, I don't know, maybe I'll try a sandwich next time....but that doesn't exactly say Italian to me...?

We found Dolce Vino through Yelp and were excited to try a new spot. Our overall experience was just so so. Our server was friendly and the staff checked in for refills often. Our salads still had many ice crystals in them, which was a little odd. I ordered the gnocchi with a white sauce and it was very bland. Little to no flavor, even with adding Parmesan and red pepper flakes. My partner ordered the chicken Parmesan and had similar comments. Maybe it was just an off night for the kitchen, but we felt a little underwhelmed by the flavors based on the reviews.

Great spot, so glad I found it. Was able to have an enjoyable conversation & the food and service were great.

Food was bland and nothing special. I ordered Chicken Marsala and my husband had the chicken Parmesan. Would not go back. So many other choices to go to.

Where to start?? We didn't even eat here today...but, we will soon. While waiting for our chinese takeout down the way, we wandered down to this place. Met the owner, fantastic staff and had a wonderful chat. Splurged on a couple pineapple sangria...wow! Just wow! His homemade lemonchelo, spumonti, and I cant even begin to imagine his food! It is a quaint little place. Get in there and try it. Plus they do wine tastings often.

Absolutely amazing Italian! I mean you can't beat less than $30 bottle of wine and they don't stop with that bread! Service was fantastic and I loved the live music- it captured 90s Italian realness but not in a bad way! All the good classic Italian restaurant scenes you'd see in movies and the prices to match! Go to the drive-in after down the street for a great date night!

Where do I begin to tell you how amazing our lunch was. From service to food to wine to dessert,, everything was spot on. We began with wonderful wine that was rich and flavorful. Calamari with a lively, spicy red sauce. The cioppino was so full of seafood with a well balanced portion of pasta and a sauce that left nothing more to be desired. But, alas, a plate of tiramisu that was extremely light and oh so creamy followed up with the chefs very own creamed lemoncello that was award winning and hand crafted. What an extraordinary meal in a beautiful restaurant. We will definitely be back for the 5 star experience! Thank you so much, for your hospitality!

The moment we walked into this completely unassuming place we were greeted by the owner. Though we only were going to have an appetizer and some wine the owner (Ernesto) was most attentive and shared both his wine knowledge as well some of his reserve stock. We decided to return later in the evening after some errands and we were very graciously greeted again by Ernesto. The food was absolutely homemade and delicious. Thank you Ernesto for making us feel more like guests in your home than customers.
