The best place to live out your Viscountess Bridgerton fantasy!I came by with a few friends, and we were seated for high tea at this gorgeous table! Our reservation included so many options - teas, coffees, light appetizers, finger sandwiches, and desserts. I tried every single item from our menu, and it was so worth it - every single one of them was scrumptious! Plus, despite sounding pretty light, the food was actually quite filling and we all had leftovers to take home!The best part was how cute the area was. It really felt like I was at a fancy event instead of a smaller shop - the perfect getaway from everyday life.I absolutely had an incredible time and highly recommend!!

I was heading to my go to coffee spot when all of the pink caught my eye. I decided to go in and check it out. The interior screamed even more pink, but I can see it being as a cute little place to take sone pictures.I got one of their specialty drinks, a Rose Latte. They actually did a pretty decent job with their drink. I'm usually not the biggest fan of rose, but I'd actually get this again. I appreciated that the rose wasn't overpowering like soap.The wait time for my latte was really long for whatever reason, besides being the only person in the store. The cups and lids they use feel extremely flimsy. Additionally, my cup was given to me with a lot of coffee and pink stains.Edit: They did message me that this was their soft opening and were still trying to settle in. Perhaps I will try them again further down the line, as I did like my drink.

Cute and delicious, brand new French and Italian style dessert and snack shop just opened in downtown Kirkland 5 days ago.Decorated in lots of pink flowers and Audry Hepburn pictures, the gals in your life will love this place.Stopped in to pick up pastries to go, but they have dine-in too. (Wifey wants to come back with her GF's for lunch here.). I got 4 pastries: Tiramisu bar, chocolate decadence, hazelnut something, and a Paris Best Eclair. Tasted them all, and all were wonderful. Being a chocoholic though, the chocolate decadence was my fav.Peeked at the food menu and saw salads, sandwiches, and dessert size waffle and pancake dishes. Will have to come back and try the waffles....and more pastries too.Oh, they also have fresh loaves of bread.

Is it Italian or Parisian? They sure don't know. The coffee was terrible. The cannoli were clearly made awhile ago as the shells aren't crisp and lackluster. The fridge cases were dripping water on my visit so it's hard to tell what's inside. Talking the fridge cases, the store layout makes no sense and they put little thought into it. There is no logical line to the register and when there you have to walk in front of people to check out the fridge cases. There is room to redesign the space but the free space seems to be the staff lounge. Staff would rather talk to each other behind the registers and kitchen than serve customers.

I had lunch there this week. I didn't know it was counter service only but that explains why no one came to my table, inquired how the food was or brought me a check. I was the only customer but still found it hard to get someone's attention so I could order. I had the beet salad and a latte. Both were good but seemed overpriced. I also had a lemon bar which I enjoyed but the appearance of the pastry display made me wonder how fresh the desserts were. Staff needs to be friendlier. How about saying welcome, how are you or a nice smile to make a person be happy to be there. I hope things improve because it's the sort of shop I'd love to patronize regularly.

Love this place! My ricotta and peach toast was really good, staff is super nice and the atmosphere is great, Take time for pics in every corner, is worth it

This place was so cute. The inspo walls and Instagrammable photo wall just made it even more adorable. Outside of the wonderful menu (honestly the freshest salads, full of flavor) the place has tons of cakes and macarons that are so worth it!! Great place to celebrate special days in a sweet fancy way. They have high tea events coming up too!

OMG...I'm arising from the dead (in terms of writing reviews) to write this review because someone has to.Dolce & Chianti Patiscceria is comically terrible place in food, service, and ambiance. Sure it's instagrammable, if that's all you care about, but truly the WORST meal I've had in a while. First off they are only open initially Friday-Sunday, and only take reservations by phone. They are unreachable by phone M-Th, and so if you really want high tea you have to make a reservation the weekend before you want to go. We ended up getting a reservation for brunch, and it's a counter service place....no where online or on social media does it say it's counter service. Why have a reservation system if it's counter service, seems counterintuitive. Also when we got there we were waiting 20 mins at our table for water, and someone to take our order until we asked someone and they said it was counter service. We ordered our food at 11:50, and got our food at 12:30pm, so nearly a 40 minute wait. Ridiculous. Once we got our food, I burst out laughing, who has heard of a grilled chicken Pattie, as part of chicken and waffles?! Cause I haven't. It was truly the most unappetizing of chicken and looked clearly microwaved, sliced into by the staff because they wanted to make sure it was cooked. The salad was overdressed on the plate, and waffles disintegrated on the plate. The potatoes had no seasoning on them so they were bland and mushy. They also put a ring of balsamic vinegar that was low quality on a ring around the plate, so I got a taste of it every time I ate some of the waffle - balsamic and waffles do not go together. My friends all disliked their dishes too, and got the waffle benedict - which had a pink "hollandaise" which was clearly some mystery sauce since it didn't taste or have the consistency of hollandaise.The staff were not welcoming, barely spoke to us, and were clearly not communicating with customers or each other. I took a look at their macrons and sweets display case on my way out, and it looked dishelved, sparse, and unappetizing. Furniture looks cute but overall feels cheap when you are sitting in them.I cannot say one nice thing about this place. Will definitely not be back, and urge anyone else wanting to visit, to go somewhere else in the cute downtown Kirkland area.

A friend and I planned to go and see the place that looked beautiful on Instagram. We called at 10am (the time the place opens) and booked for two people at 3pm on Saturday.When we arrived at the place, it was closed! That's right, CLOSED. It's a lack of professionalism! Because the website and Instagram says the opening times. Even though the main street was closed for construction, I or several people who made a reservation deserved to know it wasn't going to open. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!The place has as cute a decor as it would look on Instagram, the kitchen is completely open so anyone on the street or inside can see everything. I personally don't like seeing the kitchen open, especially if it isn't properly sanitized.Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to try the food but the lack of professionalism discouraged me from going back there someday.

Service is 0-10. There was no server to bring water at the least. We had to get up to get water for ourselves. The food and coffee order took 45+minutes. Looked like they need many more people for their kitchen, they obviously were moving too slow for the number of customers at their tables. The food looks beautiful for Instagram. The interior is also cute but not what they post in Instagram page. For this type of place, they need servers and more cooks for the kitchen so orders can keep moving faster. Prices are also overrated in relation to customer service standard they provide. Improve your customer service and then it's justifiable for the prices you set.Coffee was too strong as well and we waited for an hour to get our coffee. Still awaiting food after 1hr of wait for coffee.
