Nice people and good atmosphere. Like this place a lot! Yummy bar food. Staff are nice

So I'm sitting here at the bar with Jonesey, and I hear him come around the corner and announce "I thought he was gay" in reference to a gentleman that was being discussed. As if that was a bad thing. It's shameful in this day and age he would feel this confidence to say it openly. I mocked him for it, but he acted like he didn't notice. He's the sheriff in town here at DJ's of Scottsdale. And they don't welcome gay's apparently.

PROS: This place is the go-to bar for all happy hour events. My co-workers and I always come here and it's considered a great spot. They serve mixed drinks in normal size glasses compared to other bars and the bartender is very nice. A good amount of room to sit at and the place has a nice look to itCONS: They only have a 2 person bathroom which can cause a line with the amount of people they can sit and the tables aren't waited upon by a waitress/waiter towards 7pm onwards OVERALL: Come here for drinks, because if you're not you're missing out

This is a great bar. Doc and Jonesy are great tenders. Always great and interesting people to be met.

So. We got kicked out of this bar Friday 12/3 (technically 12/4 AM). We were watching a group of guys try to take advantage of a girl who was alone & so intoxicated she didn't know the address of where she needed to go, the phone numbers for any of her friends. She had no wallet. No phone. We were worried about her- I could tell she was not sober & this group of men she did not know surrounded her. The bartender proceeded to tell me the men around her were just trying to help... yet, hmmm... they had also bought her a drink. & guess what the bartender served that drink. He also told me "she's in here all the time & always gets like this." So... You KNOW she's intoxicated & she "came in like that" & you served her a drink? It is ILLEGAL to over-serve. & when I call the bartender out for giving this young, intoxicated girl a drink, that strange men she doesn't know wanted to buy for her - We get kicked out I'm sorry but you have a responsibility as a bartender to watch out for shit like this. The bartenders working Friday night 12/3 around 1am (so technically AM of 12/4) FAILED to do their due diligence here. Disgusting. I called the cops & reported this to the liquor board. Call me a "Karen" if you want. I'll wear that with pride. I will NEVER be back.

The best place in the entertainment district for great drinks and friendly folks. This is a true bar! they have some outdoor seating and a jukebox to play all your favorite tunes. Not to mention some room to show off your moves if need be. TV for watching sports and a dart board. This is a great place to get out of the heat.

First time going to DJ'S had a great time, but I must say the bar back/ bar concierge was awesome (Joel). He was very nice, detailed, thorough, and very thorough in making mixes. Using gloves all the time when handling fruits etc. I don't usually write to much but I felt he needed the credit.

Best dive bar in Old Town Scottsdale by a long shot. Kiara, our bartender was very lively and provided phenomenal service.

male bouncer opened my door in the bathroom as my pants were around my ankles on the toliet as a female telling me i was taking too long. i should honestly file a police report lucky i'm only leaving a review. you are fucked up. never send a male into a females bathroom.
