Best chicken wings in the city. The ambience is fun, and it's super kid- and family-friendly. Service is attentive but not overbearing. I brought out-of-town family here and they loved it too. My only complaint is that the benches are fixed to the floor, so if you are a plus size person, it's a little bit uncomfortable to sit at the table.

I used to dine-in or get takeaway from here once a week, bringing several friends and many thousands of $$$ in business the past few years, but that's unfortunately going to change moving forward.I just picked up a to-go order and not only is there a $1.50 environment fee (which has existed for some time), but there's now also a mysterious 4% surcharge tacked on.You can't change the price after the goods have already been sold. I recently visited Dirty Birds with friends on a Friday night for a Trivia tournament, and overall, it was a mixed experience. We started our evening at the bar, where I ordered wings and steak fries. I chose to have my wings naked with the sauces on the side, opting for the Seoul sauce and the dirty ranch. The Seoul sauce, a Korean-inspired sauce, was absolutely delicious and a definite highlight. Unfortunately, the dirty ranch didn't impress me; it was gritty with spices, which made the texture unpleasant.The steak fries were another disappointment. They were overcooked and burnt, resulting in dry, unappetizing fries. Additionally, the service at the bar was quite slow despite there being only four other patrons, which was frustrating.However, our experience improved when we moved to a table for the Trivia tournament. The service at the table was much better and more attentive. While I only had drinks at the table, a friend of mine ordered the mac & cheese balls and enjoyed them, which was a positive note to end on.In summary, Dirty Birds has some standout items like the Seoul sauce for their wings, but other aspects like the dirty ranch and steak fries fell short. Service quality varied significantly between the bar and the table, so it might be hit or miss depending on where you sit. The Trivia tournament added a fun element to the evening, and with a bit of consistency in their service and food quality, Dirty Birds could offer a more uniformly enjoyable experience.

Walked in all good vibes, clean, happy people, good music. Monday night special all you can eat wings $26.95 a person. My husband got lemon pepper and buffalo. He enjoyed both. Ranch was ok. Fries were tasty and seasoned well. I got the dirty bird tacos but switched it up a little. Very tasty and fresh. Got the mac n cheese super creamy almost a little too much but overall flavor was very good and had a little kick which I liked. No food left behind. Service was good, server was friendly, forgot his name. Bathroom was cute but dirty.

Excellent food and service! We had wings, a hot chicken sandwich and buffalo chicken salads. Half price wings on Tuesdays, which is awesome. Great portion size and flavor! Highly recommend.

Amazing wings. Consistently crispy and very flavorful. Perfect amount of sauce every time. And the most sauce choices anywhere! Also love the service there. Have had several different wait staff/bartenders and they're all very friendly and fun. (Bonus: they donate & serve a lot in the community!)

Restaurant is spacious, restrooms were decent, and the bartender was friendly. The food was not good, and I personally would not return. We ordered the fried pickles, barbecue burger and tots. I asked for the barbecue sauce to be placed on the side. I tried the sauce once my food arrived and wasn't a fan of it. The burger was bland so I used honey mustard sauce to dip it in before biting. My husband ordered the big bird burger with onion rings and he didn't enjoy it. We ate a little less than half of our sandwiches. We closed with dessert and found it to be good.

When I arrived there was only one waiter who was also working the bar. Despite having to man the dining room on his own he was pleasant and attentive. There was a bone-in wing special so I ordered the Seoul Wings which were tasty. I also ordered the friend shrimp basket (and I do NOT recommend that to anyone). The breading was falling off of the shrimp. If you want good seafood there's a fish market/bar/restaurant down the street on Santa Monica Ave.Otherwise, I highly recommend Dirty Birds for drinks, cheap eats and good vibes.EDIT**Updating my review to 5 stars. The owner reached out to me (unexpectedly) and modified my bill due to my review. While that wasn't the goal of my review it was greatly appreciated and I am so appreciative of the level of customer service. Especially since I'd only eaten there one hour ago. That was very kind.
