Dirk's Niteclub

I heard about this place in a Murder Documentary so I had to check it out. Turns out I didn't get murdered and the drinks were reasonable and the staff was friendly! I'll be back!

DJ Alex turned it up last night! Tito's food is great also! Many good people there now. I'm glad to be back!

So they get 2 stars because the music was good but the alcohol sucked. The tequila taste like it was mixed with running alcohol and reminded me of them old all you can drink TJ drinks from back in the days. I literally was sick for a week with my stomach burning after drinking here. Oh and not to mention getting hit up by some ghetto young hoodrats as if I was a teenager.

If you value your safety give Dirk's a hard pass. But don't just take my word for it. Google Dirk's to read about some shocking shootings over the years. And scroll down to see the Yelp review from several years ago with pictures of a woman who was battered at Dirk's.Been around the world and never felt unsafe in a bar until we visited Dirk's. Really rough crowd to say the least. Was obvious from the start that folks were there to hook up. Had a few short conversations with someone on the dance floor who was nice and who appeared to be by himself. Turns out he had a jealous girlfriend/wife who accosted one of us in the restroom and then followed us out to our car while shouting obscenities.

Being that I work around the corner, I have had the pleasure to meet the owner Dirk. He was very nice and polite! The bartenders here are also very welcoming, at first glance the inside of this bar seems a bit dark but you start to enjoy the laid back atmosphere. Also, who's going to complain about the every day Happy Hour special? EVERY DAY, AS IN WEEKENDS INCLUDED. They also have game nights and some days even food trucks. I've been here a few times and have no complaints. The drinks are strong and affordable, they even have an outside area with games!

I read the reviews but I decided to come and check it out myself, Thursday they have dart tournaments and the people are fun and welcoming. I came right after work with a couple coworkers and we enjoyed the games, jukebox and of course the cold beers they also have someone come by and make delicious Hamburgers and hotdogs and for the money it's well worth it and you better bring your appetite because they are not small at all they are big enough to put you to sleep lol. Will definitely be back soon. This is a great little dive bar here in the lemon grove area. Also if you play in the tournaments and you get bullseyes 3times in a row it covers drinks for you and your teammates so you can get good at darts and drink pretty much for free after you first drink

Come on out to Dirk's Niteclub where the nites are Dirk and the Dirks are just right! OOO baby!!!! We're havin fun!

This is a very interesting dive bar, they have live music, they have pool tables, they have a dart tables, they also have some retro pinball games . Included is some great beer, I believe there's enough for anyone to choose something of their liking no matter what you like which is great.I could definitely tell there was a lot of usuals there which is to be expected for dive bars, since this was my first time I really do not know anyone except for the friends that I went with. But I could tell it looks like a big family of friends and overall a pretty Inviting place to hang out and have a few beers.There is an outside area for smokers and various TVs inside and outside, at this point what I saw on the TVs were sports which is perfect. They had and small area for designated parking specifically for Derks , if that gets busy there is street parking all over the place !

Davinda is a fabulous bartender. Dirk's Niteclub is a great place to have a great time.

It's a mellow bar with good vibes and good priced drinks. Went on a week day and had a blast they have two pool tables, karaoke and what looked like a decent dance floor. I'd go back again for sure.
