Picked up a few cheese slices here one night. Heated them at home. They were pretty good, NY style crust, not the crappy Greek style crust everyone sells around here.

I've never ordered from Dino's before so I figured I would give them a try. I was impressed with how fast the food was delivered. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the food. The pizza was bland.

Worst customer service of my life. The owner was rude and clearly does not care about his customers. As someone who works in the industry I will tell you right now NEVER WILL I GO BACK! If he is a example of the employees he has then im surprised he is still open. Thankfully the north end is full or sub shops that also offer great customer services and care about people and their allergies. If I could give this place no starts I would.

One bad experience doesn't give these guys one star... repeated bad food and service does... We used to be loyal customers of Dino's Pizza & Subs, West Roxbury, MA and thought recent bad experiences were one offs that we would give them "passes" on.But enough is enough, Dino's.... The last several pizzas ordered from these guys were too doughy and toppings were substandard. Worse, when we politely complained the last time that they got our order wrong the manager of Dino's Pizza & Subs was a bully and rude and refused accept any responsibility for getting our order wrong. Last night we ordered delivery and they got the pizza order wrong. Yes, they delivered it on time but the topping was wrong. When I called and asked to speak with a manager I was very pleasant but the manager was defensive. I told the manager the order was wrong and he looked it up and said "nope, the order was not wrong, he said. I politely said the order was wrong and the pizza was sub-standard. He said the computer didn't lie and the order was correct. I pointed out it may have been human error inputting the information into the computer.. he repeated "nope"I was shocked at how jerky he was. I stuck to my guns politely and said the topping was wrong. The manager of Dino's Pizza & Subs escalated his defensiveness and started copped a tone in his voice like I was wasting his time. I said I was very disappointed with him and he said "thank you very much for your business" and hung up in my face. How this guy was promoted to manage a business that is so customer service oriented is an absolute mystery to me. Bad Pizza, Bad Service, Bad Customer Service.. Best bone in Buffalo wings I've had in New England. The pizza crust is nice and thick with a sauce that has a little kick to it.

This is a review of the Wings Express business run by Dinos. First off, pay Google to come up on a search for "west roxbury wings." If you already do, pay them more. It is hard to find you on Google. This should have scared me off. I wish it had.I ordered a large wings, a small wings, and a large order of fries. That the total with delivery tip was $35 made me anticipate the greatest wings this side of Buffalo. I order my wings well done, as I fear both salmonella and soggy wings.fail. The wings were underdone, by a mile. I would imagine a total cooking time of about 10 minutes as opposed to the recommended 15 minutes (Boston) and 19 minutes (Buffalo). Come on now! I specifically said "Well Done." How can you screw that up? Then, no carrots or celery. Really? REALLY? For $35 frickin dickin dollars you can't throw in some vegetables? You CHEAPSKATES!!!Thanks for the 10 containers of blue cheese, though.... I just don't get it... at. all. the sauce (buffalo mild)... fine, but not enough after I had to RECOOK your wings or another 15 minutes at 450. They lost their potential to be crispy fried, but were pretty good baked. Guys, it's not rocket science. Put frozen wings in the fryolator for somewhere between 15 and 19 minutes. Cover in sauce made of butter and Franks Red Hot. Throw in some carrot and celery sticks and send to customer within 35 minutes. Charge whatever, but GET THE ORDER RIGHT. Not. Ordering. Again. Might open up a competing store.

A quaint little hole-in-the-wall type of shop. Get-in, get-out. I ordered an Italian sub online from Dino's when I was very sick one day, and literally couldn't leave the house. (I crave meat subs regardless of health condition-- actually improves my mood.)There wasn't anything in the sub except for loads of meat and cheese, but it was probably my fault in not specifying in their online ordering system. The sub was huge and they are very generous-- I'll have to explore more of their menu to make a more accurate judgement.

I gave them a star because I have too or I would have said zero stars. Ordered delivery from them and after an hour and half and it wasn't delivered I called to check they couldn't find my order. Mistakes happen but what followed next was a woman telling me that I would have to reorder which I did. Then 30 minutes later i get a call from another woman saying they will not deliver and that I ordered a pizza on Sunday not today. This pains me as I had been ordering from here for years. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable client service.

I love this place? Now that l have moved to Norwood I get this one in a while but there Italian sub are the BEST & there steak and cheese are so awesome! I wish I live in W Rox again!

Place was so rude when they ruined my pizza they don't even deserve a star! I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and when delivered it looked like tomato soup. When I asked politely where the onions where that is suppose to be on the pizza, they responded by saying their online ordering is different from placing a phone order. Like what type of lame excuse is that? They would not give me a credit (meanwhile my coworkers order often from there) instead making me wait a whole 30 minutes for a new pizza when it was their mistake to begin with. Since I wasted my whole lunch hour waiting for food, I'm using my last 5 minutes to write this review. I will also spread the word and pictures about my experience at this place to my coworkers!!!!!!\Wish I could upload the pizza photos!
