I'm very happy that there's (FINALLY) a good bona-fide Boba shop in Escondido with more options than Thai tea or very-artificially-sweetened fruity options. My go-to is normally the longan ginger for cold days, or the aloe passionfruit for hot days. The service is normally incredibly fast, with an average order done within five minutes. It's a quaint little shop next to a delicious Mexican bakery (yes you should try it), which isn't normally busy so there's always a place to sit. I also highly recommend trying the ice cream macarons, the green tea flavor is really good. I'm definitely a fan of being able to adjust the sweetness of a drink as well, as I'm not a huge fan of overly-sweet drinks. That being said, I wish there were more herby options. But it's definitely still a solid place to stop!

I come here once in a while to indulge on my sweet cravings. Each visit, I'm always greeted by the friendly staff to take my drink orders. This place also offers a kiosk to order drinks if you prefer self serve service. The times I have gone were majorly off peak hours so I am able to place my order right at the counter. They have music that varies in genres playing in the background upon entering. It's not too loud where your thoughts are drowned out like other boba places I have visited, which is nice. So far, I've always gotten exactly what I asked for on my order. The price point is similar to other shops in the area. Today I had gotten the taro slushie with boba which is a go to flavor. It was a little icy meaning it could've been blended a few seconds longer to make it uniformly smooth. I still enjoyed it. I only wish they could add avocado smoothies to the menu as that is another go to flavor of mine.

The drinks have never disappointed. Ambiance is chill. Service is good. This is by far the best Ding Tea shop I have tried. The San Marcos and Vista locations don't even come close to this one.

Service is usually fast, but pretty inconsistent especially if you customize your drink. Tea is usually pretty bitter as if it's been steeping all day and this time comes to prove that theory with finding a leaf in my drink. Boba is usually soft, but can be undercooked most times especially when you have the extra ice. They add too much ice to their drinks at this location and tends to water down a lot of their drinks. Happy there's a location local, but other franchises are more preferred.

I stopped by here last week for a drink as I was I in town visiting family. I got the Hazelnut milk tea and it was good! The drink tasted just as good as the ones made at other franchises back in OC where I live! The drink had a a good balance of hazelnut flavor to the milk tea and it was not too milky!Ding Tea has never disappointed me with a bad drink no matter which location I have gone to over the years!Service here was good with the cashier being friendly and helpful and my drink coming out super fast after I ordered! There was no line when I showed up so I didn't have to wait long to order. There is a good amount of seating inside and it's clean and well-kept so I could see myself coming by to study or do work if I need to.If you want a consistent shop that makes quality drinks, look no further than here! There's lots of drinks to choose from and you can always try something new.

I used to love coming here and when I'm at my Carlsbad house, I've been to the one in San Marcos, where they offer hot boba tea, so I figured I can order hot wintermelon boba tea. They told me they don't offer it, so I asked why not? Then they told me that it has to be a large and it's extra, so I said ok. Then I overheard the girl making my tea talking and she said "when I made hot tea for a customer awhile back, she complained it's too sweet and didn't like it, so whatever". I didn't think it was necessary to complain about a customer wanting something, when the other locations offer hot tea. Aren't teas started off as hot teas anyway? I got it and it tasted more like jasmine tea than wintermelon, she practically gave me plain jasmine tea with boba in it. No wintermelon, no sweetness, nothing. Not only did they over charge me for regular tea with boba, I had to hear the girl complain about making it. Talk about no customer service. No thanks, I'll make sure I'll never come back to this location.

I will never betray this place lol. Not sure I'm even able to. Once you compare other bobas it hits you like a brick. Ding Tea is not the most affordable drink venture. Gotta accept that. But taste, speed, and consistency are king here. The bobas are finished too quick for my pleasure, and wallet and leave me wanting more. That is success lol. Try the Guava Green Tea and Blueberry Milk. Delicious summer drinks. Even if I gotta pay the premium. I'm doing it!

I was in the area looking for proper Thai tea. I stopped at 2 different places. They both failed. I was able to find this Ding tea. A small detour from my trucking route, but worth it. Ding tea never fails. The only reason I don't go to some is because of prices differences and policies. Service here was great. Young lady was very happy and helpful. Fast too. The place is clean. I really like that. Good amount of parking. Price was about $6. But worth it because of the other two encounters I had at other local spots. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the good Thai tea.

Yep, love this for Esco! Ding has popped up all over San Diego County and I absolutely love having one in my town. Good location, cute spot, friendly staff, quick service, and of course yummy boba teas. My favorite is mango green tea with boba and my kids love their mango slush drinks. We will be back whenever we are in northeast Escondido.

Accessibility: there are disabled parking spots right in front of the store and a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, yay! Incredible. The doors to enter are pull. It is well lit inside the building at night but the parking lot is dark. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, no tables outside.Experience: the employees were nice and very helpful in explaining what was in different drinks. The drinks were okay but I didn't like them as much as the Ding Tea in San Marcos. I would give this place another try though.
