Ding Tea Covington

Pandan waffle tastes like cleaning product. Two of the drinks were in a paper cup so of course it spilled and ripped thru the plastic top. Come on guys, paper and plastic won't seal right. Get it together! My chè dessert combo #4 was not good at all. Sad to say I will not be coming back. The interior is clean and well lit.

I wanted to give these guys 5 stars because my drink came out really delicious but I was kind of bummed that their bathroom was closed because I really needed to go to peeeeeeeee. Also, the Employee was on his phone when I came in, even though he was helping another customer. I got myself a strawberry black tea, and I have some strawberry popping Boba, and it was quite tasty! It seems like a lot of places are telling customers that their bathrooms are "out of order" permanently, so they don't have to deal with the public bathroom issues that come along with being a public store. We'll see! But next time, maybe I will try another tea shop close by

They're very expensive with limited options. The store is clean, the female employee is nice, and they're conveniently located. However, the male employee is pretty standoffish. The female employee reminds my daughter she qualifies for a student discount which is very nice :)

The interior of the business is GORG!! They have done a fabulous job of decorating. The menu is extensive and there are a ton of options. What I really liked is the "types" of Boba right by the register for you to see what they look like before you order. The only reason I knocked it down a star is that my tea which only had 1 modification was $8. Yikes.

Stopped by around 11:30 AM, and they already have 3 customers! The place just opened up and you can totally see that they are still figuring it out. There were only 2 staff there, and they both man the front and make the drinks. We ordered the egg waffle and 2 brown sugar coffee latte. The drink and waffle are very good and meet the quality that I expected. The place is kept clean and inviting. Being a new business, I know that there are still kinks to figure out, but I'm glad that it didn't affect quality! I am very excited for this awesome addition!

I'm frustrated because I ordered this drink for $9, which I felt a little high, but the picture looked good so I gave it a shot. It doesn't come with any boba as the picture shows. So I spent $9 on just a coffee. ‍ I felt a bit bummed and let down. I talked to an employee and she wasn't very friendly. (I went through their website to order, which linked me to door dash they added their menu to. Regardless, it's the same on their website too.) Coffee taste good, but very sugary and a bit of a high price and a let down when the image contradicts what I received. If you want coffee & boba, be prepared to spend at least $10.50+ for a drink. Edit to add: I gave it a second shot a few days later. Came in & the employee had his mask off and was touching his nose & mouth. Didn't wash his hands, then grabbed my drink at the top to give it to me. I work with children and some have a compromised immune system and cannot get sick. I don't want my Boba with a side of Covid.

I didn't realized they changed names and owners I assume.. the only matcha drink they had was strawberry matcha, it was so horrible tasting I had to dump it all out the matcha didn't mix and was bitter almost then just the whole thing didn't work. Super disappointed, seemed like a small menu

I wanted boba and was looking through DoorDash and saw terrible reviews. Checked Yelp and reviews were bad too. Made me hesitant on ordering from this place but it was the closest boba place to my house for pickup. The reviews were back from a year ago saying how service was really bad and how long it took to get your drink. Thankfully that was not the case with my order. I placed an order for two drinks and it was ready in less than 2 minutes. Got the classic milk tea with boba and requested 50% less sugar which they got right. Tea was fresh and boba was soft and chewy. Nothing out of this world but I had a good experience and would come back. I'd also recommend this place. Wanted to add my review in case anybody was hesitant trying it out because of the negative reviews.

The sign still says Ding Tea, but sadly, this place is no longer Ding Tea. It's IC Boba now.They no longer have Hokkaido milk tea nor coffee jelly topping, my favorits

ding is the best I have ever had it make me remind of the taste. I had it back those days in my country and the owner is amazing. He let me try the tea double minded with for sure. You will find your best flavor in ding tea, I get five stars to it, it makes my day when someone welcome you with a good smile. I won't forget to mention how wonderful the decorations and the backdrops are. Do take selfies.
