Dilettante Mocha Café at Sea-Tac Airport

LOOKS GOOD ! My wife and I had a 6 hour layover at Seattle Airport, WA enroute to Paris from California. We were tempted to buy lattes here but ended up having lunch at Salty's at the SEA...including well made lattes !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

The coffee at this stand is absolute perfection in a cup. Seattle knows it's coffee but this coffee is over the top amazing. Perfectly roasted, smooth, with deep and intense flavors. It's everything you could ask for when looking for a great cup of coffee.They have fancy drinks, chocolates, and grab and go food too.Service is usually efficient.I never understand why there are huge lines at Starbucks when this place blows their socks off in taste, service, and price. But hey, shorter line for me, so whatevs.

This is my second time at this Dilettante at SeaTac. Their truffles are such a nice treat to travel with and they last for a few days. My favorites are the sriracha caramels, raspberry and smoked salt truffles. The only thing I would suggest to them is that they have a list of their truffles up at the front of the register. :) but their display is lovely and it is convenient for last minute gifting! I really appreciate that they are fast and to the point. I would love to go to a different location and spend more time learning about them and how they make their chocolate. But as this location is in an airport, I think we can all appreciate the hustle. It is so nice to enjoy quality flavors and quick service!

Been here twice and both times the service is exceptional, especially with all the tourists with 'questions'. If you're in customer service, you know exactly what I mean. lol I ordered the caramel latte both times and I absolutely enjoyed it. It was smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Very satisfying.

This is a nice coffee shop inside Seattle airport. I got a chicken salad croissant and a London fog to drink and both tasted great. The staff was also very welcoming and quick - overall, a nice experience :)

Fancy-looking mocha, with chocolates and treats. I would've bought some chocolates, but the boxes weren't easily labeled. That was fine. I ordered my mocha which was way too sweet. Not chocolate goodness but just a sugar rush. They offered me a choice of chocolate styles from white, to 40 to 88%. But that was all decoration. I'd rather have a good solid mocha that I'd look forward to the next time I'm in town. From now on, I'll probably just grab a coffee on the way to the airport and cut down on the expectation of grabbing a decent mocha here. Meanwhile, the people who work here were pretty cool and very nice and I felt taken care of. So, it hurt a touch that the mocha was just meh...Thanks for the offer, but I'll pass.

Food was slow... the top muffin was hard and the bottom soggy. The young Black guy treated me poorly and with sarcasm because I didn't understand something.Rather go hungry than eat there again

I got the ephemere hot chocolate, mostly due to the interesting name and how it is the middle level of their chocolate range. It was ok just tasted like regular hot chocolate but I prefer more chocolatety taste than milk and saw the good reviews got dark chocolate or extra dark which in hindsight i should have done. The cold brew is also solid. I appreciate that it's 24/7 open cuz our flight got delayed so our connecting flight got rebooked soo we're here camping at night for 10 hours and wanted coffee lol. They have rewards program where u get a point every dollar. Cream and sugar is a self serve section, there's also cinnamon and honey and plastic utensils. Quick and easy spot plopped in the middle of the place

We were on the airport for flight from Seattle to Sacramento and this store was just as you exited the security check at the SeaTac airport. It was early in the morning and I needed a wake-me-upper, so I went here for a 16 oz. cup of black coffee only. After paying at the cashier, it only took a minute or two to get my cup - piping hot, so I had to wait a few minutes before having a sip. Nothing fancy...just black coffee here...The staff were very friendly. From the cashiers to the service staff. And they loudly announce whose orders were coming, so no mistakes can be made there. Pricing was regular airport-ranged pricing - a bit on the hefty side. But with the service, I guess it was all worth it!There's a lot of tables around for sitting, if you decide to have a meal there. And the entire place was clean and well-lit! If you're in the area, you have to try them out...

The Breakfast sandwiches and coffee are delicious. The experience was completely unexpected, in terms of airport cuisine in general. Definitely recommend.
