Really not as nice was it was a few years ago. Slow service but the food was great. Lots of German items hanging on the walls.

Die BierStube has an old world feel, very charming. They have bar, table and communal seating.The draft beer selection is solid, food is very good, and service was excellent.It's now a favorite.Prost!

Summer beer is here! Watched the last Kraken game, met some new people. Lovely back patio on a hot day. Really enjoyed the special that I ordered. Always a great time with fun bartenders and good food. Also one of the best priced bats with one of the biggest cold beer selections !

As a German who has been traveling to Leavenworth to satisfy my craving for spätzle I'm delighted to have found this gem. The pretzel, currywurst and mustard options were delicious. We were impressed with the tap menu and tried a couple very tasty options. I also loved the atmosphere and how friendly the staff was. I am very much looking forward to going back already!

Went to this bar on a Tuesday evening. They have an amazing selection of beers. Among the one's we tried, these are our favorites - 'Weltenburger Barock Dunkel' && 'Weihenstephan Dunkel Weisse'. If you are a fries fan like me, DO NOT miss out their french fries. They are an absolute delish! Highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

We came in on a lazy, rainy weekend morning and had the best brunch. Corned beef hash and scrambled eggs with rye toast and jam. Definitely a winner! The bloody Mary was so delicious. What a great way to start our day! The ambiance is relaxing with music and great people.

Such kind and friendly staff! Came here because we were craving a pretzel and the giant one was super filling and the beer cheese paired wonderfully with it.

Best German pub in Seattle. Amazing beet salad, incredible pretzels, and the best Jägerschnitzel in Washington state. Definitely the most complete selection of German beer for hundreds of miles. Keith, the manager, is the best!

Disappointing. German meal did not taste like authentic German fare at all. Potato salad was pretty terrible, no vinegar and strange seasonings and big chunks if onion, not good. The Rye bread was more like wheat bread with a hint of rye, also not at all authentic. Saurkraut was okay, but too much caraway and weird flavors. Rotkohl also tasted funny.I grew up in a German household and have visited many times. This is nothing like German food. Probably the worst attempt at "German" food I have ever had.

Food was okay-to-good but we like the place. We found some new beers we liked. The Schnitzel entree was a huge serving, but was over flavored with herbs and was a bit dry and hard to eat. Meh. Didn't care for it at all. We also ordered the Ham & Swiss Sandwich and it was quite good. Not a huge sandwich, but nice flavors and texture. We'll get that again! It's nice that they allow minors before 9 pm. So we brought our 16 yo and he enjoyed the experience.
