Di Vito's Pizza

Just realized I have been eating DiVito's Pizza for something like 30+ years!! - since 5th grade! What's crazy is I think the prices are the same or damn near! Even as my pockets get deeper, tastes evolve, and I experience better and better, I will always go out of my way to grab some slices or a calzone from here! So consistent and takes me back every time. #SimpleJoys To all the people that had lackluster experience... this is a volume pizza place that has amazing specials. This isn't an Italian staple in Phoenix! STICK TO THE BASICS! Pizza specials are an amazing value during lunch. Cheese Pep and Mama's Special. Also, whole pies are pretty consistent any time too! The Sicilian Sandwiches come in meatball or sausage are also one of their top menu items. I never deviate away from the game plan; pizza and calzones and it's been a recipe for successful lunches for like I said.. 30+ years (I went to grade school across the street (St. Theresa's) and used to walk there on early dismissal days! So yes, it is nostalgic for me, but I don't do bad meals! That's easily one of the ways to mess up my day! Let's just say, Divito's has never f*cked up one of my day!

I'm originally from Jersey (41 years I lived there) but moved to Colorado the last few years. I've been searching for good pizza out in the Midwest and it's tough to find. I recently had a business trip out to Phoenix and it thought let's find a local pizza joint to try.To my surprise this pizza reminded me of home. Jersey pizza can vary a lot from thin crust to doughy or no flop to mild flop. I'd say the cheese and sauce were spot on and the dough was actually chewy the way I prefer. I also got some wings and they were pretty good as well. They pretty much pull apart in your mouth. My only criticism is the ranch with the wings is kind of sweet and not my style and I'd rather drink Pepsi or Coke first a soda versus rc cola what they serve. I really I would definitely eat here again as it was pretty close to NJ pizza.

Wonderful customer service over the phone, and friendly delivery driver. I got a cheese pizza and chicken wings last night for dinner. It was about 30$ for a medium cheese pizza and 12 wings and the pizza was worth every penny. Soft, cheesy, greasy and flavorful, the wings had a very mild buffalo flavor very oily and chewy not very crispy but still enjoyed.

Been here only once but it was like a old style pizza from the early 80's. Hard to explain but it was worth the stop.

Under rated. Food is amazing. Service is always friendly. Ambiance is a quaint and family restaurant. Though the restaurant needs updating, the food is what drives me back consistently. They not only strive to satisfy your hunger, but your palate too! I always get the spaghetti "Amin's Way." Not on the menu. A place Keith Lee won't be disappointed.

Look, I don't know if the pizza reviews aren't recent enough or what, but I didn't enjoy the pizza at all. I got it two or three visits ago; whatever. This place shines in sandwiches. I live and work nearby and make it my goal to visit whenever I need a meal on the way home. All their Italian and classic hot sandwiches are terrific and reasonably priced. Give this local spot your business if you want a great chicken parm!

Local pizza at it's finest. Family run. My wife and I love the Special which is basically a Stromboli.

This is a hidden gem! The prices are great, and the pizza is really good! The subs are great too and the price is very cheap compared to other places. For pizza I would recommend the mama special, and for subs I usually get turkey, but the Italian one has all the meats and is good too. 100% would recommend.

Wings tasted like they were frozen very mushy and stuck to the foil so they ripped apart. Meatballs were in the ravioli and were very bland. Ravioli was ok. Garlic bread was very bland as well. Salad was bleh.

I was in Phoenix for a sports trip and Di Vito provided an amazing catered meal for our team and parents. The lasagne was a big hit with the teenage boys and baked ziti was scrumptious. Di Vito's provided a high quality meal at an affordable price. I highly recommend you stop by for the pasta!
