This cozy dive bar is a hidden gem with an excellent food selection to match! I stopped in during the day and was impressed by the friendly service. I tried a mimosa and an adult Capri Sun, both of which were fun and tasty. The truffle fries were absolutely delicious, and the birria was spot on--full of flavor and perfectly executed. Highly recommend this spot for a casual bite and great drinks!

I love this little place. It has all the charm of a dive bar but a better ambiance. The bar/restaurant is clean. The menu is surprisingly unique for a place of this nature. I ventured here specifically for the vegan birria tacos. To my surprise they had several vegan items on the menu.So, my dining partner and I were so excited to spend an evening here. We shared the vegan birria quesadillas, vegan grilled cheese and vegan tomato soup. We also tried the truffle fries. Everything was fresh, well crafted and we thoroughly enjoyed it.Parking is relatively easy though they don't have a parking lot, you must park on the street. But, we've been back a few times and didn't struggle to find a spot on the street.They also have live music in some evenings which tops off a relaxed night out. The crowd and staff are diverse and service is great.

A great local spot. Here on a Thursday night and easily got a spot at the bar. Service was friendly. Shrimp po boy was ridiculously good - like started thinking about how thankful I am for fried food good. Fries were also crispy and perfect. !!!!

Fantastic food. The spicy chicken sandwich was awesome, it's made with szechuan peppercorns. Yiannyi, the owner, even came over and spoke with us for a few minutes. I definitely will come back.

What a great find. Was at a basketball game at the Wayne State field house and was craving a cold beer and a burger... found this neighborhood gem steps away. Amazing gourmet bar food. The service was great, the decor was super cool, the bar was packed, atmosphere was perfect, and the drinks were ice cold. Couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely go back again!!!

Great brunch spot! The live DJ played all the best Afrobeats songs (should've asked for the playlist). I had the chicken and waffles and my friend had the birria hash. The chicken was SEASONED and fried hard. Whose black uncle is back there cooking?! And the orange glaze on the chicken was the perfect balance of sweetness/acidity. I'll be trying the rest of the brunch items and ordering the chicken and waffles again...& again.

This place is a gem that makes you feel proud to be a part of the beautiful city of Detroit. The handcrafted cocktails, the staff, and the owner takes so much pride in making this place special for everyone. The food was delicious. We had a large group, everything came out fresh, and perfect. I highly recommend the cauliflower bites, chicken wings with that delicious barbecue sauce that is made from scratch, the roasted Brussel sprouts, and the birria quesadillas. Truly a great place to visit and stay awhile.
