A hole-in-the-wall, carry-out only Chinese restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations!! The fried rice was a ginormous portion (3 people shared it and we still had extra) and the dumplings were super delicious. Service picking up the food was also great, I was offered chop sticks, fortune cookies, and candies. Definitely can't wait to go back!!

Food and service are fast and delicious! Ambiance used to be great to sit down and eat inside. Use the correct front door or a younger lady will hassle you about it is my only complaint in maybe 20 years of Incredible service.

By far and away the best Chinese I've had in the entire state of Michigan. Must eat for all in the area. A STAPLE of Brighton in my humble eyes. Try the beef pan fried noodle.

I think I've found it... my new favorite spot in Michigan for low cost, high value Chinese Takeout. The location is a little bit out of the way if you don't live in Brighton, but even from 20 min away, I think I'll make the drive to pick up takeout from Wong Express House. The menu is pretty standard fare for a Chinese Restaurant, and they have the usual appetizers/ entrees that you'd expect. The big differentiator is that the restaurant has maintained low prices, so the apps are only a few dollars each, and you can get the entrees in large or small sizes. I ordered Eggrolls, Wontons, and a small Chicken Fried Rice all for less than $15. The portions are quite solid, the Chicken Fried Rice would have been more than enough for a single meal in and of itself, and you get a good amount of food in the Eggrolls and Wontons. Convenience and safety are things that a lot of folks are looking for in the time of COVID, and Wong Express House doesn't disappoint in these areas. They do offer curbside pickup, but you need to order online (phone orders not accepted as they only process payment inside the store). If you do curbside pickup, you can park in one of the designated spots near the storefront, and call into the store, they'll bring your order out to you. Otherwise, if you're just picking up a call in order, you'll go into a divided area of the store and pay directly there. The staff will open up a window and pass your food toward you. The team has put a lot of thought into this process! Overall, I won't hesitate to recommend Wong Express House! For the price and convenience, it's a high value meal and won't disappoint!

Both dishes has superb flavor but the rice drunken noodles were not cooked to my taste. I wish they had a dipping sauce for the egg rolls.

This place was super dumpy inside. Boxes were piled everywhere. It looked like a warehouse. Apparently, they now only do pick up orders and no dine-in, but still, you want the place making your food to appear neat and clean. When I got the food home, I found d that sauce from one (or both) of the orders had leaked all over, making a huge mess. The food itself was just so-so. The prices were reasonable, compared to other places, but not good enough for me to go back.

Thought I'd give this a second chance after first time was not good at all. Thursday around 5p I ordered Almond Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein. Chicken was dry and tough, breading hard, chewy and fell off like it was microwaved. Sauce/gravy was like jello and tasteless, very dried out old fried rice had tiny pieces of dried up and hard pork pieces in it, I don't eat pork! The Chicken Chow Mein had no noodles, mostly tasteless cabbage drenched in an over thickened slimy tasteless sauce. I didn't try the eggrolls. Very disappointed after paying $28 for these 2 dinners. Never again!
