Located off the Jeffries Fwy for easy commute. They have a wide variety of liquor and hard to find options. They offer in store tasting regularly. You can buy online for in store pick up for some selections also. They have a membership that offers potential for certain bottles at state minimum also. Great spirits shop.I love the layout. It's easy to find what you want.The selection is very nice as it's sometimes difficult to find things you want to try in Michigan.I will definitely put this shop in my rotation.The countertop accoutrement delighted me.I was amazed by the pickle flavored spirit, and the mini bottles are some of my fav spirits.Pretty good humidor for a shop that doesn't specialize in cigars only.Suggestion: teach employees about cigars and how to package them.

I have never felt so low in my life leaving this place. They are very racist and clearly do not like people of color. I am visiting my mom in town and came here for a certain mixer. The owner I assume or the person who does their ordering would not leave the counter to come show or help me find what I was looking for. Clearly he was not assisting any customers and encouraged me to go to another store to find what I was looking for. There is definitely a bad vibe in the store and they NEED to be reported and shut down for good. People like this does not deserve to be in business of customer service. I will be reporting them as well to the BBB.. UPDATE: The owner has responded and accused me of not wearing a mask. They are trying to switch the narrative of my review. I would have not been able to receive any assistance without being told to get face covering or mask first. They are trying to make an excuse for their lack of customer service skills. I am following every CDC guideline and find it very sad that I had my first racial profiling from my home state; I no longer reside in Michigan and glad I am not there anymore!

We always stop in whenever we're in town. Great selection of Michigan beers. An unbelievable selection of bourbon and scotch. Not wine people....selection looks big to us though. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Also it's a family owned and run business, that means a lot to us.

The Wine Palace is without a doubt the go to place for any of your wine and spirit-related needs. Although there are stores closer to my home, the Wine Palace's large inventory and customer service is far ahead of others. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and weren't sleazy salesmen trying to push or con their way into a sale. They offered multiple recommendations based on the spirit and particular taste I wanted and offered alternative based on price. Also, their prices are the lowest in the state, so I know I'm getting the best price. The owners, Cliff and Kelly, were super kind and helpful and even offered to order and reserve a specific, more selective spirit that I could not find at other stores with an ETA. The reviews on this app does them an injustice. Cliff and Kelly take care of their customers and I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

-0000000 don't spend your money here just because i'm black they assume I have an attitude . They expect you to take their rudeness Trying to be funny but I will not . They have minors working here as well but want to question my age but doesn't know what the new state id looks like . Ofc they don't when they don't have one themselves. needs their liquor license incinerated . Them wanting to go back and forth over yelp is my point exactly ...very unprofessional . But i have time today i will never come back floors was dirty and the liquor was fake it gave every poison. They are upset i'm letting the people know ??...the internet is free!! be able to take criticism of the public or don't open a business expect bad reviews.

very horrible experience, THE OWNER IS A ASSHOLE! and he treat his workers like little minions. this man foamed at the mouth trying to get his point across about a ID that i offered to grab from the car. We'll eventually after yelling at me in front of the whole store proceeded to sale me the alcohol without a physical copy of my ID! like why yell if you just going to sale it to me anyway?? now you get a bad review and hopefully a violation!.

We went to get cigars and drinks and one of the customers had a health emergency. They sprang into action. She fell, (not their fault) they Quickly helped her up, called EMS and made sure she was comfortable until help arrived. We always go to this store but today's actions guarantees I will continue going. They were even thanking us because we helped in small ways but they killed it. I love this place!!!
