Best store in the area for all your smoking and chewing needs. Excellent super friendly and helpful customer service. The cigar humidor is in the very back and very well stocked with a huge variety of brands and sizes. 100's of glass blown pipes in all shapes and sizes for both men and women. Price points are moderate to low. Regular cigarettes, grinders, vaporizers, pens, raw chew, lighters, incense and more. Literally blown away by the inventory carried in this store. Very clean and neatly kept. This is your one stop shop and the only place you need to go to for all your needs be it for yourself, your friends, family, gifts or personal. They have it all!

Had to run in here a few times when visiting or working in the Detroit area. Now I find myself passing other stores to get to the Garfield location. Always super friendly and I have had nothing but knowledgeable people help. Today, Nikki was a blast and I actually had some fun. Her recommendations also were perfect! Keep your staff happy here! They're great!

I had a small issue with a purchase. I sent an email and received a response the next day. The gentleman informed me they stand behind all their products. He missed me a replacement and an upgrade to a better brand. I was very impressed by the customer service.

I have been going here a long time. Spending a lot of money frequently there. I accidentally bought 9mg 5 pack of zones (nicotine pouches). I use the 6mg the 9mg is way too strong for me. I walked out with the 9mg and quickly realized I got the wrong one. I walked right back in just to exchange them for the correct one. The two ladies at the counter said there was no way I could exchange them. Listen I understand company policy but I walked out for the store for 30 seconds!! I come there ALL the time. I feel that they should have taken this into consideration from someone that spends over $150 a week there. I will not be returning to any wild bills tobacco.

Guy with pony tale and glasses is extremely rude and gave big attitude (said he's the owner) and he makes the rules. Turned down business even with a valid ID, go across street to Tobacco shop!

Best customer service! This "Michael F" character is probably some loser from the smoke shop across the street.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. After over charging my account I tried to get it resolved in store. They didn't know how to do charge credit. I was told to call the corporate office. 3 weeks and 9 phone calls later I still haven't had anyone return my call!!! Never again.
