Westside Family Restaurant

Best coney in area by far. Food is always great quality and staff is so nice. Even when they are crowded - they are fast. Love coming here. Breakfast is great - omelette and pancakes are superb.

Westside is my local favorite joint. If I need some good, healthy food, served by an authentically nice person, this is where I go! I have been a loyal customer since they opened in the first building. Today I found out that they are closing for a week so the employees can have a vacation. I have never heard of a restaurant doing this, but I'm so very impressed. I know the owner values his employees because they stay. There isn't constant turn over. Danny has a great crew, delicious food, and I'm very happy to support his business.

Had the fish and Mac on a Friday. Fish was fantastic, cooked to perfection and very good flavor. Now maybe it was an odd situation but the Mac was a little on the dry side, definitely not a creamy style. I recommend eating there, staff was friendly and for being short handed got me the food in a timely manner.

I ate here for the first time this week with a friend for lunch. The service was fantastic. Appears people really enjoy working here! But, I ordered the Greek pita and added the marinated chicken. I'm a big cook and foodie, so freshness is huge to me and this hit the spot! The Greek dressing was so good. I still am dreaming about this sandwich!

It's just some random Coney Island but this might be the best burger I've ever had in my life, I don't know how they do it

I've ordered from here before and it's been good but maybe because I called 45 minutes before they had closed which I hate doing but I worked all night. Now they know they're wrong for charging me for whatever this is! Honestly made me laugh.

I wanted to like this place. It's clean and affordable and has lots of my faves on the menu. The Greek Salad was fresh, the lemon rice soup, too thick for my liking. But that's just a personal opinion. The reason for the two star rating, the service. I felt "hounded" by a waitress who appeared far more interested in begging me to come back in the future than providing a level of service which in itself, would encourage I'd be back. Dollar signs spewed from her lips and asserted that I'd find another spot to dine at in the future.

We had 6 people eating breakfast all of our breakfast were cold or eggshells in the omelettes, the biscuits and gravy tasted like flour. The waitress Danielle was amazing. She got the manager for us. He told us if we didn't like the food here we should go somewhere else. Isn't the manager supposed to keep you coming back? We weren't looking for anything free just wanted to make him recognize what was happening, but he got very angry and walked away after what he said. That will be our last time there!!

Nothing beats a classic diner like this place. Great service. Decent food. Came out super fast! I got the lemon chicken rice soup, and the chicken gyro with fries. Soup was awesome. Fries are great. Pita was big, just needed a little more flavor

Very good service.... Food made to order, and reasonably priced. This place is definitely a community gem
