Don't let the exterior deter you. Food is tasty and fairly priced. Portions are generous. It's not life changing but it definitely hits the spot. My favorites are the catfish and chicken tenders (always with lemon pepper!) and the fries are surprisingly good. We've been a handful of times and will be back again.

I have to admit as I pulled in the parking lot of the beat down strip mall this exists in, I came pretty close to turning around and heading home... glad I did not... fish was very tasty... love the fries and even the cole slaw was fresh tasting... a solid take out choice

The food is bomb and they are pretty fast too. Their prices are not that bad. I also like how they are okay with giving you extra hot sauce! I have no complaints.

Stopped in here on a recommendation from a friend. First let say the parking lot looks like an exploded mine field. So after dodging the massive amount of pot holes in the parking lot I park my car and go in and was met with a man behind the counter that acted like he had better things to do than take my order. I almost left and wish I would have. The food is absolutely disgusting!! I don't think I have ever seen so much grease. Yeah the entire dinner went in the trash.

So my boyfriend and I ordered from here tonight. Picked up as usual, drove home. My boyfriend's order was fine. But mine was a mess. Ordered a #11, 3 pc fish, 3 full chicken wings, 10 shrimp. Noticed that it was only 2 piece of fish and no shrimp. Drove back told the man that ringed us up about it, looked at me and asked what do you want after having explained by showing him the food I got and comparing it to what it says on the menu and explaining what's missing. Told him we wanted the food and said ok. Was then telling us to go home and come back in 15 it'll be ready. We decided to stay and wait in the car. Went in to get it, said he forgot!! And then we had to continue waiting. This time my boyfriend stayed inside waiting. At no point there was no apology, not even the disingenuous customer service apology. Nothing! Food is good, but customer service is trash. Took close to TWO hours since originally placing order to get the full order. We've been going there for years. Always has been a nice experience, but this was just really bad. Will not be ever going back again.
