Village Grill

My sister had an appointment at Huron Valley/Sinai, and we were both hungry afterwards, so I looked for a restaurant nearby. Village Grill was 5 minutes away, so we went there.I ordered the fish and mac & cheese special. It came with soup or salad, 2 large pieces of fish, and a large portion of mac & cheese. I really liked the salad. It came in a cute little bowl, and everything was chopped and arranged neatly. The fish was perectly fried and not too greasy, and the mac and cheese was good as well. I took half of everything home.My sister had the Michigan salad wrap sandwich. That also looked really good -- turkey, lettuce, strawberries & I don't know what else inside a wrap. It came with homemade chips, but she said some of them were soggy.All in all, a good option.

I've been here a few times because of the location and the fact that it's never busy, but that should tell you something. The food is OK. Nothing great, nothing horrible. The service was fine. The decorating is nicer than your average coney.

The first time I am disappointed. I upgraded and paid an additional 4.19 for a upgrade to a mini greek salad. It was not even a full mini size. It was definitely lacking. Do not upgrade and pay additional. Stick with the side salad it comes with. Waste of $$$$$

Nice place, local hangout, many Italian and Greek dishes, we found a lot to choose from. We got there early- before 5pm and there was a line after about 45 minutes. I was surprised by the large number of booths available , and the fastest moving servers that I've seen in awhile! They got our food to us quickly and checked in several times. A good selection of sides so we got to customize our meals: fries, salads, chili. My husband had a mountain of Lasagna and I had Chicken Alfredo; both were good- he ate the whole thing! The clean plate club! Good choice for groups too, seemed like most everyone had been there often. The carrot cake was listed as a favorite... we didn't have room... but it sounds good!

OK for a quick lunch -really nothing special. We chose off the Pick 2 menu. I had lemon, rice soup and a mini chef salad, which was just like any Coney Islands Not a place that would be a destination lunch for me, but it was OK in a pinch. Waitress was. teally, not very friendly.

I always get the famous chicken Greek salad. And it's always amazing. Huge portion and the BEST creamy Greek dressing!!

Great food great service and moderately priced. Very clean and open dinner feel. Menu variety is abundant! Knowing everything on it is really good makes it hard to select. Plan on visiting regularly to try them all.

The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate our large group. The food was good and they had a nice variety of options. The ambiance was better than your typical Coney Island. Would recommend!

First time visit for Sunday morning visit. The friendly hostess seated us and gave us coffees. But, we waited over 10 minutes for any server to come to take our order. No one ever did. And, it was not busy.We left and won't return. It is in a great location and tables looked clean.

After waiting over a half hour the waitress finally brought out my salad and my brothers entree when I asked why the chilie cheese fries had not been brought out yet the waitress said she thought I wanted them with my food but never asked me in all that time as we sat there waiting with nothing in front of us . I needed to ask for silverware and napkins and had to ask for the napkins two times when she finally brought them she gave me what looked like handled napkins the chilie cheese fries were 97 percent covered in chilie and had transparent cheese on them,came in a bowl, and looked like slop- I asked for fries with chilie on them not chilie with fries in it - Angelos salad came with one of the thinnest pieces of breaded chicken breast I have ever seen-
