I order a breakfast special , the first time it was great they gave 3 eggs, hash brown, 4 pieces of bacon with toast . It was a fulfilling. I came back to order the same thing and they gave me look like 2 eggs this time and three pieces of bacon, it was less fulfilling, caught me by surprise. The drive window could use some remodeling, it was so old and dirty .

I was charged twice for one cheeseburger meal at 4am. They did this 5 minutes apart. I didn't notice it until later in the day. I called immediately. The female told me "that's the night crew, you'll have to call back after 11pm." I just called at 11:15pm. The male I spoke with said "thats a different crew." I asked for a manager. He said "the manager wont be in until Wednesday". Im getting the runaround so im thinking that they double charge people regularly! Ill never go there again. You all had better check your credit card statements if you choose this place!! Better yet, just use cash so they can't cheat you!! On another note: They charged me $1 to upside my soda. They charged me $1.60 to add a few sprinkles of grilled onions to my burger! Rediculous!!!

$38 for a cheese fry a double cheeseburger and an omelette food was mediocre. Restaurant was dirty. People in the kitchen weren't wearing gloves making food seen them handling my burger with their bare hands was kind of gross.

Hello yesterday Valentino on east 8mile I had a bad experience with the Manger Sara or Sarah I always call my order in before I reach valentinos but yesterday Sara was very rude and unprofessional I heard her say I'm irritating and I'm a crazy ass man I took that offensive I'm a regular there and this how u treat your customers she even try to clear it out and say she was joking but she never apologized so ill never go there again.

they can't even get your order right who serves a gyro with no sauce had to ask for it the waitress was clueless to what I was talking about and the lamb meat was fried hard husband order coney dogs beef they serve him pork hotdogs and they try to say they were beef and want to charge for fries he didn't eat if you can't serve a complete order the order is no good then miss lady comes out and say all the hotdogs are beef , which was a straight out lie if that was the case why did you ask her if he said beef lol they she say we have both beef and pork, he ask to see the package her words was he don't have time to show you so he showed me right so here they think black people will eat anything watch what you order this is the diner on Kelly Road they just opened the staff needs to be trained so they know what they serving learn your menu you have to do a star rating I did one really it's no stars for me terrI le terrible

The food is really good been in this neighborhood about 3yrs customer service was awesome but the giraffe looking woman with the colored braids is very disrespectful and unprofessional that will drive loyal customers to Roberts on 7 mile ...then I pre ordered over the phone sat at the window while the cook with the earbud in his ear just looked me dead in the eye ...while the ghetto cashier finally noticed me when I tapped on the turnstile...bad experience this time all I wanted was a coney went to Roberts got that and a egg roll in 5mins...flat

Zero stars this is a prime reason why u should never eat any food from anywhere on 8 mile absolutely disgusting gave me raw and rotten potatoes when I order the loaded chicken potato thru drive thru and when they fixed the order the potatoes were still raw the inside of this diner floors and tables were sticky seats were dirty as well never again giving these diners a chance I could've got so sick had I not spit it out when noticing the potatoes were raw this is dangerous especially during these times shut it down
