Where to start - walked, nobody to seat, had to go the cash register and talk to a kid on his phone...and then tell him where I was sitting. Table was dirty...and to ask to fully clean it...Coffee was in a big cup, so that was good...got the menu, and called the bank for a loan!! Order three items, a side item and fruit...the bill was $75, for two omelets (mine was cooked like a flat frittata, was overcooked), a salad with tuna, fruit side and three coffees...I mean, a dinner in a reasonably nice restaurant is $75-$80...and I'm talking about BREAKSFAST...outrageous, if you as me. The MOST expensive Deil in our Detroit suburban area...and the last time.

I am definitely late to the party, didn't realize that this was more than just a great carry out spot. Delicious cabbage soup and OG Reuben. Not cheap but you can taste the quality ingredients. Great family service. Wish I took pictures of the food but we ate everything super fast. The sandwich is big and can easily satisfy two people.

Came in to pick up food to go. Val the owner is very friendly, gave us a taste of sesame chicken and chicken wing while we waited in the lobby for our food to be ready. The waiter is also very friendly, he gave us water. The whole experience is amazing, so much love by giving us free bite and drink without asking anything in return. Restaurant is clean, everyone seems to enjoy their food very much.

Great spot for deli in West Bloomfield. We loved the outside seating, the service was amazing, and the food was solid too.Today we shared the chicken salad platter and the delicatessen salad. The salad was plentiful, though more meat would've been welcome. The chicken salad was "ok" but the cucumbers and tomatoes that came with it were fresh. And the challah was very good. It also came with a side of skinny slaw (this was my favorite part of the meal). I liked the skinny slaw so much that I ordered a container to go to have with lunches this week. Definitely will be back again. Great local deli.

Val's can be crowded and noisy but that's because everyone feels at home and taken care of. Great ( I mean GREAT) soups, salads, sandwiches. Portions are too big for normal people. My wife and often split a soup and salad.

Best Jewish deli in town! Giant Matzo Ball soup, delicious corned beef, as well as brisket.

As someone who's a fan of Deli's, I was recommended this location by a close friend of mine to try out. It's located in a strip mall with loads of other businesses and I was excited to try this place out. While not the cheapest (or most expensive) deli in the area, I checked it out while doing stuff on this side of town. Their menu isn't huge, but decent none the less. I couldn't decide what to get, so I went with the hot Pastrami with gravy and mashed potatoes. I also got a sprite and water to go with it.The food here was average at best. I can't say I loved it, but I didn't hate it either. Food portions are good for the price, but again, not anything I loved. Staff here was great, and I had no issues as they were attentive and did a fabulous job.Overall, not bad just average.

It's just ok. Food is a bit overpriced when there are better delis down the road. Not somewhere we are rushing back to but other may enjoy it more

I love their food so much! The zip sauce pasta is out of this world! It's plenty for both lunch and dinner and breakfast.

I understand that restaurants get busy - no problem. But when taking orders of people after we got in, and asked multiple times for a waitress to come take our order and get a response of "we know they're here", thinking we didn't hear it. Busy restaurant makes it hard for service - but no need to be rude when we're here to support the business. Won't again.
