Finally was able to make it into Uptown and of course it was very busy like always. Staff were very friendly in recommending the best spot to sit (since it was cool outside) and at getting us seated quickly.Our waitress did take a lot of time to come to our table (about 15 minutes after sitting) and we finally flagged down the two gentleman that were the hostess. They right away got our waitress to the table. We put in our orders and waited maybe 10 minutes for our appetizers and another 15 for our food. This all came at perfect timing. I was happy to be able to enjoy my appetizers in peace and not be rushed with my entree.We did order from the bar and were happy because there were non-alcoholic spirits/beer to choose.The food was actually very delicious. I'm not a fan or "bar food", but this didn't tasted anything of that nature. Food was hot and fresh. Nothing tasted frozen at all.Chicken wings were very good. The steak bites were very delicious. I ordered the uptown chicken which came with some potatoes and green beans. This dish was very good, but maybe I would ask for sauce in the side. Just a personal preference. The chicken was seasoned so well! And you get two pieces which is nice. My friend ordered the fried perch and said it was good. Fish was crispy and not soggy. Overall the steak bites might have been my favorite thing I tried today. Their breadsticks were great too.We left as the band was setting up which would have been amazing to see. The menu has a lot of kid friendly items and items for many dietary restrictions.Definitely recommend this restaurant for a family putting, party, solo dinner, anything you want. You will not be disappointed.

It was my first time at the Uptown Grille. It was recommended by friend so I thought I'd give it a try. We ordered nachos and I'm not exaggerating, the plate was huge, and the nachos were piled high. That thing fed 3 people and it was delicious! You have your choice of meat. We chose 1/2 beef and 1/2 chicken, which didn't seem to be a problem with the waitress. She was great, btw, even surprising us with refills on our drinks.All in all, it was a great experience. Looking forward to sampling the rest of the menu.

Update:Late night food also taste superb fresh and quick. But they only have nachos and pizza after 11 to 2 am. Adding burger and sandwich on late night menu would be a great upgrade. Update:Revisited again today and it was a decent experience. Kids loved their hamburger with cheese while I enjoyed the chicken Cesar salad wrap.They have great items on desert menu and chocolate lava cake was good.Great service, environment is enjoyable however food seems excessive calories and fat. Tired their shrimp was tasty jumbo shrimp but I felt like eating 2000 calorie

As you know, it rare from this Yelp account to give 5 stars. EBS was picky and I am keeping up his legacy. But great food with friendly service that is there when you need them, and lots of free parking, they earned it. Also the ability to make reservations for a group of friends so separate checks is a must is at times hard to find. Everytime I drive past, the lot is almost filled. So I booked a Memorial Day lunch for my Meetup group. That filled up quickly and hardly any dropped out. Kitchen was at times a little slow, but that is getting to be the normal lately. But the huge nachos appetizer help with the wait. I took some home and it warmed up well. I ordered the strip steak for $28 which is a bargain right now. It was large enough for me to take 2/3 of it, the wild rice and the asparagus home and they tasted great even warm up. One other order it too and told me he was happy he did. Others loved what they ordered. While I didn't get a chance to photograph the adult drinks menu, but the few that ordered beer and wine was satisfied with their choice. Those of us that ordered dessert share some with others. The bumpy cake is one of the reasons we will be back. Parking is easy with the size of the lot, you may have to walk a little. Some handicap parking is right across from the door but not sure if it will be enough when they are busy. I was told to book this again in the fall. A few plan to eat here more often.

My friend and I had dinner together at Uptown; we sat on the patio; the ambiance was very loud in the main dining room, the service was good, and our waitress checked on us several times, and we provided water refills. My friend enjoyed the made-in-house veggie patty with garlic mashed potatoes. I ordered a flavorful steak and cheese sandwich with garlic mashed potatoes. The carrot cake for dessert was nothing spectacular, and we could have done without it! I would like to go back for their specials!

Awesome experience on a Saturday evening! The food was delicious and our server, Zoe, was probably the best I've ever seen. (We all agreed and 3 of us have worked in restaurants in the past) She didn't even need to write our order down (6people) and got our order out to us perfectly just as we ordered with all our exceptions. I highly recommend the steak bites, Cobb salad and don't forget dessert. I look forward to returning to Uptown Grille again!!!

Pretty average meal. Sweet potato fries were soggy but still tasted good. Burger was delicious. Not many windows in the dining area so it might creep you out. Service was great, always refilling our waters.

Uptown Grille has been a place I frequent often when home the atmosphere and the food are always A1 this trip was no different, went during a busy Saturday night (lions where playing) unable to get a seat at the bar however they had the patio open. All of the food came out hot and fresh and delicious! They never disappoint with the portion sizes of everything they note shareable items but truthfully everything is shareable as the portion sizes are huge and you definitely getting what you pay for. Not pictures is the truffle Mac and tenderloins which was so good! And huge had to take most of it home with us. The service was great our waiter Chris continued to come back and check on us and let us know the bar was busy and so our drinks would be slow that was truly appreciated. As for the atmosphere it is a great place to watch the game, get some music(live, dj or simply pandora) we were lucky we got live music and a DJ in one night. It is definitely loud on big game days but a nice chill place to go and watch the game or simply get someGreat food and some good drinks.

So I've been here a few times and each time i get more & more disappointed and i have vowed to never come here again the only reason i kept trying with this place is the servers and the food is pretty good. The managers here however are absolutely atrocious, rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and so many other things. The servers here are amazing and deserve so much better. Eric the manager deserves to be fired and does not know how to speak with guests respectfully without having an attitude I've also witnessed him yell at several servers LOUDLY in front of the entire restaurant which is no way to professionally behave. It's not uncommon to see managers yell horrifically in front of the entire establishment Please spare yourself the migraine of coming to this place.

Manager Joe is an absolute stud. Gives me free shots of exotico on the daily because he says I'm a good boy. Server Logan may be a little slow, but goes the extra mile for his customers. He's a great golfer too, just ask him.Ambiance of this joint is low key mid, they need a few more disco balls and less mosquitos on the patio in July.
