Got a outstanding Campachano Burrito mixed Steak n Chorizo filled the belly with Love . Wowed by the best ever Creamy Salsa Verde marvelous medium heat and flavor overload a must try . Hired Torta Express for our daughter's Grad Party, sight unseen. AMAZING! Moses exceeded our expectations. First and foremost--the food was excellent! Three kinds of tacos, beans, rice, topping bar--and an added (delicious) beverage that our guests loved. Working with Moses was so professional and easy. Quick communication, easy payment, and competetive pricing. Everything about this experience was fantastic. Can't say enough about it--neither could our guests!

Delicious food, great friendly staff. One of the best tortas I've had. Fresh bread and ingredients. Usually open later than most food trucks.

Torta Express was doing a pop up at a bar in my neighborhood (bar serves drinks ONLY). I had been craving Mexican food for a minute so on a whim I ordered the burrito california with steak & chorizo. I was intrigued by the s&c mix because I've had both separately but not together. Food took about 5 mins as I was literally their first customer when they finished set up. I took it home to eat.The burrito is a healthy size and they go ahead and cut it into halves for you. I told myself I would only eat half and save the rest. Soon as I took that first bite, y'all.... I audibly said fuck because from that one bite all the flavors were on point. The steak and chorizo were perfection and complemented each other quite nicely. I knew there was no way I was going to leave the other half for the morning. Only thing that made me sad is that I finished it so damn quickly.Few days later, I ate a burrito from a restaurant in Hamtramck (friend chose it) and was so disappointed. Torta Express really set a Detroit burrito standard. Definitely would come back and explore their other options.

I went for Taco Tuesday. $1 corn Tacos and $1.50 for flour. I bought the steak and it was great! The steak was not dry and seasoned very well. Will go back!

Bullshit tacos,they were soo plain and dry. Taco bell does a better job and that's not saying much
