Food: 2.5 out of 5Atmosphere inside: 5/5Atmosphere outside: 4/5I love the different vibes you can get from each different area of Tin Roof. The food attempts to be upscale bar food, but out of the three times we tried their chicken tenders, the first time they were out of this world good and then we just kept chasing that quality and never found it again.The inside first level is a great little venue to take in some live music. The upper level balcony is a great place to take in sights of Downtown.The outdoor area can get a bit crowded and a bit wild, especially on big days like Opening Day or any Lions home game. Also, I am not a fan of them charging cover to enter the outdoor area.

I went here with a party of 5 before the megan the stallion concert in may 2024. The place was loud and packed. The staff was great & on top of everything. The food was decent. The drinks could be stronger. I enjoyed the vibe and music. They mixed the genres.

Decent place to get pub grub and beer before a game. Place is clean. Service is efficient. Food is acceptable, standard pub grub. Prices are not outrageous for area. Tap list is solid. Family friendly. Not a destination but acceptable choice in area.

Dive sports bar that huge and has an outdoor rooftop patio overlooking the baseball stadium. Great for meeting your bros for some beers before the game starts in downtown Detroit. Not fancy. They have food, never tried it. Quick service, no fault there .

Very crowed, overflow outside. Hard to get service which was to be expected. If you plan to go, go realllly early for a parking spot and a spot in the bar. The food was how you expect bar food to be.

We went to the very top and it was a beautiful day to to so. Great views and decent service. We had a lot of opportunities to sample different drinks which was great. We didn't try any food so not sure how that is.

This is probably a great place to have a drink and people watch - but maybe not to eat. We stopped here on a Friday afternoon and the weather was great so we wanted to sit on the roof. Oh boy...that was a heck of climb up the stairs...more than my 55 year old knees were happy with. The drinks were good but we did agree that the queso was better just about everywhere we have every gone.

The atmosphere on this roof top electric. Being able to catch a vibe while looking over Comerica is pretty cool. The service at the bar was pretty friendly as well.

Horrible management, kicked me out of the bar and seized my drink after spending over $60, accusing someone in my group of bringing a drink in from outside. Maybe security should do a better job, but don't take my $15 drink that I just paid for when I did nothing wrong. Horrible service.
