The food and the service are awesome. We have tried many items on their menu and we keep coming back. We just Love their Nachos!

Stopped in after going to the swinging bridge. Beautiful park btw. Shawna, the bar tender was excellent. Super friendly, had a great conversation with her. Stop in for a drink or two!

We had a fantastic experience, came in before the noon lunch rush. Only one server but she knew her stuff and the rest of the staff made all her drinks and had her food ready on a tray. As the guest kept coming she didn't miss a beat and the food was great. Had a daily special roast beef w/mashed potatoes and western hamburger. We didn't need any more drinks but she did ask. Recently moved to the area and found a great place to go. Will be back....

The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. My husband ordered a NY strip with a chicken noodle soup and side of mashed potatoes & gravy he said steak was cooked perfect, the mashed potatoes were delicious, and the soup seasoned just right. I ordered the olive burger w/side of fries. Burger was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Very impressed with this place and will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I have been here twice one time was good second time was the worst service I have ever had for one chili with beans and chunky tomatoes it is not coney chili that is not chili fry's the waitress was not friendly at all she never checked on us once a party arrived I watched other customers grab their own take out container and wait to pay their bill she literally didn't care about her other 3 tables once the party of 20 arrived I will never go back again no thanks and when I asked for a manager she said one minute I will go get them and then came back and said no manager is here you can call tomorrow! Thumbs up is a big thumbs down!!!

I came in for lunch at about 1045am for lunch waitperson was setting up tables she told me to go to the bar and eat because it was just opening at 1100am we are talking less than 15 min bartender came up and was rude and told me they didn't open until 1100am I explained what the server said the bartender acted inconvenienced. Guess they don't need my money. Won't go back. Got up and left.

More like the Thumbs Down. The remodel and cleanliness of this establishment gives it real potential.... but it all goes down hill from there. We visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch... the place wasn't very crowded. After waiting 15 minutes for our very disinterested waitress - we were able to get our order in. 45 minutes later - our appetizers arrived. Burgers made it another 30 minutes after that. Eventually we were told that there was a "big table" that ordered before us. Still can't figure waiting that long when the floor is half empty. We watched two tables walk out after giving up. We should have done the same.The clientele were observing Michigan Health Dept rules on mask wearing. The restaurant staff was not. Evidently in Croswell, nasal passages do not transmit viruses. The staff was 100% chin diapers.As for the food.... the dry, overcooked burgers lacked any flavor. McDonalds has better tasting burgers and fries. Very sad.

Thumbs Up gets a thumbs down from me. The first time I came here with family was decent, the second time was awful and I won't be back. Service was slow, rude and not helpful. When we arrived at the restaurant, the cook was getting out of his vehicle with a spatula in his hand. Just seemed to set a weird vibe from the get go. We (5 people) waited over an hour for our burgers, and the place wasn't very busy. Our drinks went empty and the server was no where to be found. Food came out and it was not what we ordered. We were told there was no management on hand so they couldn't alter our bill, despite it being their mistake that food came out wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but it came out with no bacon. I told her I waited long enough for the burger, I didn't want the bacon and to take it off the bill. She couldn't do that, so she brought me a side of bacon after my burger was gone. Pretty pathetic that you have no way of altering a bill on a Saturday afternoon. You lost my business and my family's.

Our food was delicious, the service was great, and the restaurant was clean. And all for a fair price!

The food was just ok. Got a burger that wad good. I never got my salad or chips with my burger. The waitress was too busy flirting with people never put our order in. No one at the table got their. The ambiance was nice. The waitress was horrible could understand why we got angry people who came in after us were done eating before we got our food.
