I was a little skeptical ordering a cake coming from out of state but I am SO happy that I did. Communication was excellent, Sonali understood exactly what I wanted and delivered an epic cake for husband's 40th Birthday! I had zero expectations for the cake to taste as good as it looked but everyone couldn't believe how delicious and moist it was. We got a combination of red velvet and vanilla flavors- both were a great hit!! Our guests couldn't stop raving about how the cake was the highlight of the night! Thanks Sonali!

Great place and incredible cakes. Very delicious buttercream. Extremely nice owners. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium cake.

I asked for lots of flowers on the $50 birthday cake. There were NO flowers on it when I picked it up. It looked like a Kroger cake. Everyone thought it tasted pretty good though. Won't go back.

I do not like leaving bad reviews, it has to be so bad that I would do that to a business, and this place was that. I ordered a cake from here last minute and for $205 for the cake... what a HUGE disappointment!I ordered a cake with strawberry filling and the owner told me to keep it at room temperature, which I did... didn't serve for about 2 hrs and the filling and strawberries were FROZEN! For that amount, the cake should've been MUCH BETTER.Not to mention when I went to pick it up, the card machine stopped working, so I went to get my phone out of the car to pay through PayPal and she started helping the customers that came in AFTER me and I stood there waiting and waiting, when I was in a rush. SAVE your money and go elsewhere! Lastly! She spelled the name WRONG and had to correct that while I was standing right there! Unbelievable, this place! When I called to complain, instead of just apologizing she was justifying herself. She didn't apologize for anything...helping another customer before me, who by the way was purchasing a $40 cake, or misspelling the name. Not one apology! Cake wasn't great and neither was the customer service. So disappointed! $205 is not a small price for a cake serving 20-25 ppl. I have already received another cake quote elsewhere serving 80-90 ppl for $385. This place is a rip off.

I ordered three cakes with each of different flavor of cakes and fillings. They were all beautiful and delicious. I would recommend Thomas Cakes for all occassions.Sonali was very pleasant to work with and provided me with several suggestions for the designs.

Cookies are NOT made at bakery Comes in frozen in bags ( per owner)Ordered a cake & cookies Cake was the wrong color, poor penmanship on cake & finger prints on it .Spoke with owner explain my disappointments her response was cookies are frozen,colors were close & go ahead write a negative

I ordered a cake for my daughter's 8th birthday and it came out so cute and tasted amazing. I got marble cake with vanilla whipped filling. I cannot wait to order from here again. Everyone at the party said it tasted amazing.

Best cake my family has ever had, and that is saying a lot. We have tried many great bakeries, but Thomas bakery is by far the best. The ingredients are fresh and the frosting is light and not heavy with sugar. The middle layer came with fresh raspberries not syrup like most bakeries use.

I ordered a cake here for my wife's 30th Birthday last year (April 2022). I gave them a picture of what I wanted they delivered to perfection. I feel the cake was a success. It was the talk of the dinner. The service was good. I wanted to get it delivered to the restaurant and they were willing to deliver it for me but overall I went and picked it up myself. I would recommend it. Lastly, the ambiance was was to my expectation. After I get done writing this review I'm going to put in another order in today for my son's birthday next Friday.
