I am going to be real, the only reason this place even got 2 stars is because of the calzones. The waitstaff here always leaves little to be desired. I have been here multiple times throughout my life and more than once the staff has been short, rude, and inconsiderate. It's a cool little bar, but there's better spots to spend your time at.

The food is mediocre, regular bar food. The service was okay, the host we got walked aggressively fast so we got lost for a min, our waitress was a little rude at first, she was okay. The ambiance is horrible, needs to be updated BAD. This place was established in 1919, they probably never updated the docks since 1919, they are unsafe to walk on. The menus you can barely read, as a first time customer I wasn't sure what to order because you can't read the menus (shown below).

We're new to the area, so my husband and I have looked for the coolest dives near us. The White Lake Inn has a great deck and Palapa bar. The view of the lake makes the slow service less of a hassle. The food is tasty and pretty legit, as long as you're not starving when you show up. We've been three times now. The first time was Friday of Memorial Day weekend and we were expecting it to be bustling. It was busy, not crowded and the fastest service of the other visits. They even brought my daughter's food first so she wouldn't get impatient (she's 5). The other two times, we waited over an hour. Which isn't a huge deal, but it really burnt my toast to watch people come in after us who got served before us. Both times. Real talk, I will be going back regardless because I love the view, the drinks are well priced and the food tastes good. Just pack stuff for your kiddos to eat and do while you wait.

The 4 stars are for the location (amazing patio on White Lake), margaritas and the delicious Cheesy Bread. The service here is.........not good......all those ugly rumors you read on Yelp are absolutely true. The service is not good to the point that I think Satan himself may be hiring people as a sort of test job of working at White Lake Inn before they're promoted to toiling endlessly in his underground snow cone factories in the Bermuda Triangle.But hey, if you're looking for views, booze, and Cheesy Bread, this is the place!

I've been wanting to make it out to The White Lake Inn for quite some time. During the summer months, I long for beautiful days on enjoying the lakes. The White Lake Inn has been around for long a time and is a staple in the community. I loved this history of the place and enjoying lunch out on the back deck overlooking the lake. They have built a summer cool tiki bar on the deck. During the evenings, they have live music & there is even volleyball area set up. I guess they run games over the summer months. They food is basic and enjoyed the pulled chicken sandwich. I guess they are known for their fish, but I wasn't in the mood for something fried on a warm day. If you are in the area, stop in check it out.
