The Village Inn

Food was good- basic bar food. Would eat here again based on menu and selections. Definitely a fun sit down with friends spot. Service was on the slower side- but it was a friday night! Went around 730/8 pm and still took an hour to get our food. Waitress was super sweet/friendly, don't want to dock her on anything. Be ready for a wait if you are going on a Thursday-Saturday at dinner time! (and yes they have pull tabs!!)

We went To the front desk and asked for a table for 5 they would not sit us at the table I. The bar because we didn't have 6 people. When we finally sat down they wouldn't wait on us. We went and asked the front desk and They said they would be right with us.... literally after 20 minutes they still had nobody ask us for a drink order or anything..... so we left !! very rude and it wasn't like they were busy. We were out for the holidays and just came from a party. We aren't a young couple or group. We were sober .... don't understand why the service was so terrible. Never again.

We were seated, my husband was getting wet, there was a huge pile of water from the air conditioner leaking, his pants got wet, phone wet. They moved us after it looks like he pee'd his pants. The food was ok.

We went for lunch. Beer and pizzas were excellent and the service was excellent. The restaurant is very clean and there are booths, tables and seats at the bar if you like.

So we arrived at 330 with 6 people for going away party. on Friday, August 30, 2024 The hostess dark hair was so not friendly first she sat us at picnic table and asked if we could move to table and she sighed in disgust but she moved us then she told us we had to move to a different table due to the fact we were in the way mind you there's no one on the patio. again she sighed. We waited 20 minutes before I finally went in and ask another person if the patio was open and that person said they were in the middle of shift change. So then we wait another 10 minutes before finally asking if we wanted anything well of course we have been here for quite some time. We had to order 2 drinks at a time due to the fact we didn't know if we were going to see our waitress again. Mind you the patio and inside was not busy. The service is horrible and the funny thing is we all work in the food industry and was highly disappointed. This was my 3rd time there and same thing happened each time from sitting on the patio.Brenda

Food is nothing special. Ordered the club and basically its a ham sandwich from childhood. Thats not a positive thing. Fries were good. Chicken chunks are hit and miss ok. Took us 37 minutes to get food to the table. Ordered ranch dressing side - food runner didn't bring it so we asked her - she responded - "better ask your server". Wow right. Maybe go to outside patio!? Or somewhere else. Get a pizza to go ....

My favorite pizza in Toledo! I recommend the thick crust pepperoni. Yum! Also, they have a good drink selection, good service as well as tons of games on TVs for the sports fans out there. It seems clean and well cared for establishment. I'm the summer there is a great outdoor patio with its own bar and cool music vibe.

Went in with a party of 5 with no one waiting had a big table of 8 empty. After going to the bar getting drinks and waiting for our table we were told we could sit at the 8 table. (This is trivia night) we sat at the table with menus and no one ...and i mean no one even bothered to wait on us. We finished our drinks and left. Seemed like the wait staff had a different agenda then the host staff. Just wanted a beer and pizza super disappointed

Our host Mandy was so sweet and had so many great recommendations! Will be coming back.

Terrible pizza no flavor. Sauce was non existent. Go somewhere else. Very greasy ick
