Decent prices for a brick and mortar shop. Joey was very helpful and polite, answered all of my questions and got me out of there quickly without being pushy. Good shop.

I went into this store looking for glass, but they only had vapes. Two guys greeted me and when I told them what I was looking for they basically schooled on my herb vaporizers. Talked me out of glass and I bought a Black Mamba Herb Vaporizer. YOU GUYS - THIS WAS A GAME CHANGER. I brought it home and my husband teased me about it but we will never go back to glass! No smoky house, almost no smell, and no coughing. Same feeling, if not better. Moving past that though - those two guys were amazing. Honest, but super nice. They literally had to teach me everything and they were patient with all my stupid questions. I highly recommend them over all the other glass and vape shops I had been to. Nobody else took the time to actually figure out what I needed and helped me!! Thanks guys!!

When I first quit smoking, I came here for help. The owner/manager was there and he provided excellent customer service. He was able to recommend me the right product to help me quit smoking. I started off with a Kangertech Emow and I slowly worked my nicotine levels down until I decided to try sub-ohming. They have multiple locations, one on Maple road, one on Hayes, and this one on Rochester. I recommend any of the three.

Wonderful, attentive, great juice selection. While I was testing out their many juices, a young guy came in with zero knowledge but had a rda. He was totally clueless, but the proprietor took the time to help the guy and explain things to him and go above and beyond to help him out with zero judgement in his tone. Although some of their juices seem average, I really like that you can customize and ask them to make a custom flavor for you right on the spot. Great little shop.

Very nice and informed staff that was happy to introduce me to my first vape pen to quit smoking since I can't smell like smoke at my new job. Love the vape pen they helped me pick out and the e juice is made there and they let you try them out before you buy! This was huge for me to make sure I liked em before I bought em so I could commit to the vape pen and drop the cigarettes with their yummy flavors. They have so many to chose from and you can chose the nicotine level or no nicotine at all. With this pen I feel like quitting smoking is actually possible and I thank you guys for that! (3 days of picking up the pen instead of a cigarette when I did decide to have a smoke it wasn't as pleasant as it use to be. Now I can smell it, and taste it and it's not good!)

Loved this spot. I asked for a couple new mixes that would be similar to a fruit + mint hookah and got a Blueberry Port Menthol and Watermelon Freeze. Both flavors were delicious, the Port Menthol was slightly heavier on the menthol side but was great out of my MVP20w+Nautlius mini setup. Watermelon freeze was unbelievable, tastes exactly like a jolly rancher, even leaves that little taste on your tongue, with a slight menthol aftertaste to bring out the brighter notes. Really loved vpaing it around 40w, anything below and the menthol flavor would be too prominent for my taste. I also picked up a Cosmic Fog Cola Gummy, which was interesting to say the least. All in all, the house blends that I tried were great, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices were good. Would definitely recommend stopping in, I definitely will again.
