Beef kushiyaki. Keeps me coming back. So juicy and so good! This time I got the kimchi fried rice too. The mozzarella cheese was an interesting twist. I'm used to a fried egg on top but who ever hated cheese said no one. Great place for takeout especially on these cold winter days. Add some Netflix and bam you got the perfect night.

Visiting for a business trip, and I always tend to try out pho from wherever I am. Although they don't offer my usual Pho Dac Biet, I opted for the simple beef pho. I also ordered the fresh rolls (spring rolls), Thai tea and got 2 orders of the chili oil; also got an order of the spring roll (eggrolls) free from the Uber eats app.First thing; the Thai tea, it was good. Definitely could've been a little more tea concentrate and milky, but no real complaints there. For the pho I ordered it with beef and an extra order of their fat noodles. The broth itself was mediocre. Had a real strong star anise/cinnamon flavor to it (definitely not your traditional beef bone broth) but it was still really good. The broth came in your regular 32oz plastic containers, it was only half way filled but it was just enough for the portion of pho they gave you. The pho noodles were nice and bouncy, not overly blanched. The fat noodles were even better (I love fat noodles in my pho). It would be nice if they would give you the option to substitute noodle types. I am a spice lover; hence why I ordered 2 servings of chili oil. The chili oil itself did have a kick to it, also hd a nice flavor. The fresh spring rolls were really good! Probably my favorite thing out of everything I ordered. I'm used to more of a peanut dipping sauce but this hoisin base sauce was relatively appealing to my taste buds too.As for the free "spring rolls" (egg rolls) it came with a plum dipping sauce which was very good. For it to take 30 minutes for delivery the egg roll itself was still hot and super crispy by the time I got it! I was scared it was just going to be the pre made, frozen generic egg rolls, but it wasn't. Plus, if it's free, it's definitely for me!

3.8 out of 5 Solid spot downtown Plymouth. Good, quick and fair price! Definitely adds nice diversity to options in downtown. Would go again for sure!

My husband and I made a couple of mistakes on our second visit to the Takeout Box. First, we ordered 2 orders of the Crispy Rolls. Each order had two pieces, which was way to much food for the starter. I didn't care for these, but my husband really like it.Our next mistake was to order the Firecracker Chicken and the Bang Bang Shrimp. Both were delicious, but they had exactly the same sauce. Since my husband and I both like to split our dishes, having the same sauce didn't really work. I would order both of this dishes again. Just not at the same time!

Got the drunken noodles here today for lunch. I walked in and ordered, they said it would be about 10 mins so I ran to the store across the street. I came back and my food was ready. The noodles were so flavorful and the veggies were fresh. I got medium spice and it was the perfect amount of spice. Enough where it left heat in your mouth but wasn't on fire. Definitely will be back!

3.5 You can dine in or carry out. The dine in has just a few tables but it's a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and kind. They make you feel welcome. The firecracker chicken was a 3/5 for me. Decent flavoring but the texture wasn't great. I was looking forward to trying this but wasn't too impressed. The sticky rice and spring rolls were delicious, though! I'd come back and try something else on the menu.

New restaurant primarily take out, but we dined in. Had the pork belly bai bun which was just OK. Main course was Pad Pak which was a vegetable stir fry in a red curry sauce. Added beef which wasn't necessary. The curry sauce was the highlight of the meal. Will definitely be back.

Disappointed in the pho and curry. Too bland, "Americanized." Maybe allow patrons to add fish sauce?

Pork belly bao were delicious!Prices are a bit high, especially for the menu items that are lighter fare (as in volume). I chose fresh rolls the next time - they were good, but overly packed with rice noodles, and a soy/vinegar/chili dipping sauce would go great with the freshness, instead of straight up hoisin sauce. Looking forward to the newly opened business working out kinks, adjusting menu/pricing as the stronger menu items become apparent. So much potential for a takeout spot with select hero items.

The Pad Thai was very bland and the Bao buns were tasty, but pricey for the size. Also waited a long time for the food to arrive.
