The Taco Stand Taqueria

This Taqueria has been my obsession for the last couple of months. These are delicious and authentic tacos for an incredible deal: They don't skimp you on the meat, the salsa verde is amazing, and the cheese reminds me of the queso fresco I grew up with. The cooks and cashiers are always friendly and happy to explain anything on the menu. If you are looking for authentic tacos, look no further!!

Disappointing the girl taking my order continue to talk with her ear pods in while I was placing my order. Which I thought was extremely rude, which I could have got over until I received my food and I had asked for specifically a chicken burrito without rice and of course, the burrito is stuffed with rice. I guess customer service wasn't as important as the person on the other side of the phone.

Tried this new place a couple of weeks ago.Came back today. This is located in a small strip mall in front of Lowe's. This location has had several failed small restaurants prior.Get the word out, very solid Mexican food at reasonable prices.I've tried the tacos, and just had the Carne Asada Street Style Burrito....definitely a belly filler and packed with steak.The hot salsa could have a little more spice and flavor, but overall I would definitely recommend giving them a try.Side note...it is possible to write a positive Yelp review without using the word "Amazing" I apologize for no food pics....i was starving.

Tried this place a couple weeks ago (I'm on a quest to find a taco place I actually like) and was not disappointed. Ordered 3 beef tacos, 3 chicken tacos and two beef burritos. Family loved the burritos, huge and very tasty, well worth the price. Unfortunately, they gave me all beef tacos and no chicken so I can only tell you that the beef tacos were great also. Nice people working, as well. I'll definitely be back.

First time here will try again and update my review. I enjoyed my Burrito wanting to come back and try everything else on the menu. The service was good they have abother location in Allen park i was told by other customers that they were driving from Sterling Heights to there just for the tacos. I'll definitely be back

Wow what a hidden gem!! Not only are the prices cheaper than Taco Bell but the quality and quantity of food is so much better!! Customer service was phenomenal and the guys working could not have been nicer; even offered a sample of their queso to see if we liked it before purchasing. My first visit was two days ago and I'm already back for more!

The chorizo/steak combo tacos, the Al pastor and their quesadillas are so great. Someone else ordered their nachos and I cannot express the order envy I had. Must stop in!

Food was cold and nothing seemed very fresh. It was very bland tasting also. Nothing stood out at all. Be better off going to taco Bell even though their food is a literal crap shoot. Plus the prices were too high for what little you did actually get.

All food is delicious and I will continue to come back time and time again! Service is wonderful!

First time trying and glad we did! Fresh and clean atmosphere. Service was too notch. Explained menu items including that the chorizo was an old family recipe. Love that. And it was very tasty! Best chorizo I've had in a long time. The grilled onion and jalapeño on the side was a very nice touch. I have tried so many other places and this is my new favorite. Coming from Mexico myself I have to say this is very authentic Mexican food for taste and presentation. Would definitely recommend!
