I went and dine in after trying out the take out a few times. The place is very nice and clean. We went about 1pm on Friday thinking it wouldn't be busy. Almost every table was full. They have a lot of staff on hand and all were very friendly and smiling. I had the shrimp fajitas and we had the beef burrito. The salsa on the table was very fresh and tasty. The chips were good too.The shrimp fajitas were flavorful and cooked just right the veggies were not over cooked they still had a bite to them which I like and they toasted the tortilla. The condiments sides were very fresh. The burrito was huge and stuffed. We were not able to finish either one and took half home with us. Can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu along with some drinks.

I am so excited to have this gem a mile from my house. We had previously been to the Canton location. This was our first time at the new Livonia spot.We were one of the first tables in for lunch. The restaurant is really inviting and nicely decorated. We were greeted right away and given the traditional chips and salsa to begin. To start, I ordered the Elote (street corn) in a bowl, which was super tasty. For my meal, I ordered three tacos, 2 el pastor and one companchano (steak and sausage). The campanchano was pretty decent and went well with their spicy salsa verde. The el pastor tacos were where the action was. These tacos are a little sweet, salty, and crunchy from the grill. Do yourself a favor and try these. My with enjoyed the beef chimichanga. It was covered in white queso and hit the spot. If you are looking for a good spot for Mexican please give these guys a try.

Friday evening dinner. The restaurant was constantly buzzing with activity, but we were able to sit right away (2).I had the shrimp fajitas. They were outstanding. The staff was very attentive and we never had to wait for help. This is a great neighborhood gem.

Small and cozy with comfortable booths, they have quickly made use of the space and made it their own. We arrived right at noon on a Sunday and were seated immediately. My husband ordered the elote which was served in under 5 minutes. The chips looked store bought, but the salsa is the star having a slight kick and the perfect amount of cilantro. I ordered steak chimichangas, and my husband decided on 1 steak taco and 1 street taco. The food was delicious and came out quickly. We will definitely be adding Taco Factory to our monthly date night rotation, welcome to the neighborhood!

The food and service here was very very good. Excellent tacos. Good salsa. Hot thin crispy chips. Good refried beans and rice. Passed all of our traditional Mexican restaurant tests!

Had a group of six for a celebratory dinner with drinks. Cheese dip was amazing and the margaritas were good. They didn't have a skinny marg on the menu but I was able to tell the bartender the ingredients I wanted and she made it no problem! The group ordered a variety of entrees and liked all of them. Only item to note that needs work is the guacamole. It lacked flavor and I've had better guac from a grocery store. Overall would definitely return!

Went here for dinner. The menu looked appealing but the execution of both dishes were nothing special. The torta was messy, too much bread and not flavorful. The factory special chicken dish my fiance got was not well prepared, not flavorful and not cooked well.

Stopped in on a Friday night around 5 pm. Seated right away. And by 6 pm this place was packed with a line of customers waiting. Very clean. At least 10 servers bustling around. Salsa and chips served right away. A little heat in the salsa and the chips were just chips. They needed some salt or lime. We ordered a couple of Horchatas and a couple of the build your own combos. Horchatas were very good. We tried a couple of beef enchiladas, chicken enchilada, and a hard taco with beef. The beef enchiladas were good. The chicken enchilada texture was a little weird because the chicken was ground. Not to my liking. Enchilada sauce had a little heat but not too hot. Beef taco was just ok. Nothing to brag about. Service was great. I think we will go back and try some different menu items to see if we will make this a regular stop. Not a got to place in my book yet but if you are in the area it is worth a try.

The server was very attentive and friendly. The food was good, as were the drinks. However, we asked for a second basket of chips and more salsa. Those were $1.99 each. We were not told in advance that there was an extra charge for additional chips and salsa nor is it listed on the menu.

The waiter couldn't understand English. He actually shook his head NO when asked for To go containers and went to take a break. The Burrito was ALL RICE and lettuce with sour cream. It had only a tablespoon of GROUND CHICKEN in each half with a little pinto beans. Ground chicken was not listed as a ingredient on the menu. It tasted very BLAND.OH the bill came up on a small tablet with choices of 20%, 22%, and 25% tip...DON'T waste your money
