Good bagel, fresh, reasonable price and very convenient location. It is right next to telegraph and there are plenty of parking since Citizens bank move out of the building. They have so many different variety of bagel and they are willing to heat it up for you if you want. They don't skim on cream cheese either. Good place for a quick breakfast.

I'm picky about my bagels. Don't talk to me about the monstrous rolls from chain coffee shops. I prefer small chewy bagels with a nice crust. The bagels here are a-okay. Various flavors are sorted into wire baskets, including Asiago, Parmesan, sesame, plain, and salt. Individual and family-sized containers of cream cheese, in several flavors, are also available.I had the jalapeno cheddar that was flavorful and lovely. The Parmesan one was good, as well.Service is quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

I drive over from Grand Rapids every couple months to get a several-month supply of bagels, so that should tell you how good they are (and/or how bad the bagel shops in GR are). This is, as far as I can tell, the only place I can still get cheddar cheese bagels, which was a staple of my youth. The only downside for me is that ordering in advance by phone *never* works. Three times in a row, I ordered the cheddar cheese, only to arrive and have them tell me they couldn't get ingredients. This week, they wrote down the date wrong (apparently thinking I was going to put in an order a month ahead of time?), so I walked away empty-handed.I guess if you're good with having whatever's in the bins, this place will serve you well, but I seem to be on a real losing streak with the Bagel Factory. I wish they had online ordering or even just an email contact, but when none of the fixtures or decor have been updated in 30 years (and that's honestly part of the charm of this place), that kind of modern convenience is unlikely.

This place has good bagels but that's about it. It was a good pit stop location. The bagel was okay but the cream cheese was very good. They definitely make their own stuff. It depends how you like your bagel. It was small and more crunchy, not as thick on the cream cheese as i usually like. Small shop not super nice nowhere to sit but good for a quick stop.

Double charged me. After letting them know, they ghosted me after their initial reply, stealing from me the second charge of money.

Absolutely love their bagels and the staff. However Everything bagels should have all the above on them I.E. Garlic, Onion, Poppy seed, Sesame seed, and salt which they do not put the salt on them. They are called EVERYTHING because everything goes on them. I ran a bagel store for 2 years. Other then that great bagels. And cream cheese.

I used to enjoy it here. I was a weekly visitor for years through today. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill, unresponsive and I've been shorted bagels on multiple orders even after confirming my order multiple times. Not sure if I'll be returning if things remain the same.
